CNN Explains (CNN Compares Ground Zero Protestors to Nazi Sympathizers)
Powerline Blog ^ | August 22, 2010 | John

CNN is a reliable Democratic Party outlet, so it is no surprise that it puts the worst face on Americans' indignation over the Ground Zero Mosque.

NewsBusters caught CNN in this justaposition, comparing today's anti-GZM protesters to pro-Nazi activists of decades past:

How's that for subtlety? In case you missed the point, CNN adds this photo, and others to the same effect:

This will backfire on these bastards, a lot of people know what Islam means and it is our job to educate the rest.

The trouble with the news media in America is, everyone confuses them with the government.

They have no power over us...we have ALL the power over them...it's called the "on/off" switch, or the "channel selector"...works everytime.

I haven't seen network news in over 10 years - I refuse to watch it - and I'm a much happier man for the trouble.

My logic is, why should I sit for an hour just to hear some powdered wig SOB tell me how stupid I am for not loving obama, what a commie I am for not supporting obama, and what a racist I am for not voting for obama and his minions.

I might as well sit down and bang my own thumb with a hammer for a hour, it's all the same to me.

Don’t worry. The ACLU will protect our rights.

Where are they? The state dept. places this radical Imam on U.S. government payroll but no protests from the ACLU.

The President and CEO of the Aspen Institute is Walter Issacson, who is also Chairman and CEO of CNN News. Interesting proof of CNN being in bed with the democrat party, Soros and moron.org.

If that is true maybe CNN should recuse itself...

Very interesting, the Aspen Institute is behind the blame America museum at ground zero. New Yorkers are steamed at the whole idea behind this museum which has nothing to do with the deaths of 3000 people and instead is being presented as a "we had it coming to us" ehxibit. 1 posted on 07/16/2005 1:02:54 AM PDT by John Lenin *******

Yesterday, Aspen Institute president Walter Isaacson, late of CNN and Time, called me to insist that his center is "scrupulously non-partisan." And pro-American. Whenever someone feels the need to throw that line in, you know you're in BIG trouble. 4 posted on 07/16/2005 3:44:32 AM PDT by BallyBill | To 1

I consider CNN an enemy of the state and the citizens who live within its borders. When will the MSM realize that after they assist in our enemies in restricting our freedoms they will be next.

What a bunch of fools.

I have always suspected that JournoList or other similar groups coordinate the talking points in issues the MSM.

I still want to know WHO provides those talking points. The DNC, White House, Congressional Black Caucus, etc. Their has to be some form of coordination among the different groups involved to make sure they are PC among the many groups.

CNN... the network that failed to mention the horrors going on in Iraq- even when one of their own workers was grabbed by the regime and tortured- because they were afraid to lose their access.

The last time I watched CNN was at the airport. I don’t know of anyone who watches it at home.

Even as recent as this past winter/spring my school had a bunch of flat screen TV’s in public places, lounges, etc. Most of the time they were either on ESPN or FNC. I’m not sure how many people watched it but no lefty college students ever ran up to change the channel.

Myself and a few others did a experiment once. One lounge had two TV’s in about equally trafficked places. We put one on FNC and one on CNN, got somethign to eat and watched. More often than not people spent more time looking at FNC. Someone changed the CNN TV to ESPN. By the end of the day they were both still on FNC and ESPN.

Let them continue.

All these people are doing is pissing off middle America big time.

People that tend to let things slide are being pushed past their limits.

There’s going to be hell to pay.

I had a discussion the other day with a lib who insisted CNN was 'right-wing biased".

Incredible.

“Then let’s start beheading all the drug dealers, homosexuals, and pedophiles....”

This what the MSM would do to mainstream Americans..if they could. They can’t...so they intend to enable those who might...

You're right. Let somebody else do the dirty work, sit back and manipulate the situation.

“hmmm has CNN reported on this? Of course not.”

The MSM doesn't want us to see these things. Such images get in the way of the “religion of peace” lie. That's why they stopped showing footage of 9/11 right away. They said it was so Americans wouldn't get too “upset” and “depressed”. Of course that never stopped their 24/7 gloom and doom before.

I think we all remember the liberal media smugly saying that we had “lost” the war in Iraq and falling all over themselves to get footage of soldier's coffins. I won't even go in to the never-ending media sob-fest for Katrina victims (mentioned only if you were a victim from New Orleans). I'm sure we all remember THAT only too well.

The video is very graphic of course, but the media could pixelate it and show it if they wanted to. The MSM go out of their way to paint Muslims in a sympathetic light and routinely ignore atrocities such as those portrayed at the link . If a terrorist bomb goes off in Israel, killing and maiming civilians, the MSM goes out of their way to make excuses for the Muslim terrorists.

The film you linked is a prime example of Sharia law and shows vividly the horror of death by stoning. This same set of Barbaric laws are progressing steadily in Europe and trying to find a foothold here in the US.

We must pull our collective heads out of the sand and stop this PC madness. There is nothing “peaceful” about this so-called religion. It will be us or them and the showdown seems to be approaching at an accelerated rate. (Jim's W)

It makes me sick how the MSM will go to such lengths to cover for this sick, twisted, cult. When that sorry sack of pig excrement (sorry I'm doing my best here to keep my language within the guidelines) brutally murdered his two daughters here in DFW the MSM did their best to not call it an honor killing.

I am sick and tired of this who political correctness BS and how it's a religion that deserves equal protection. How many times do we have to hear about these things and yet still call it a religion of peace? How many Baptists have murdered their daughters for dating non-Baptists? How many Methodists have strapped bombs to themselves and walking into a crowded street and set it off? ISLAM IS NOT A RELIGION!!!!

I wish we could send all these stupid people who think it's a peaceful way of life over to one of those peaceful countries to learn first hand the barbaric way they live. They are evil and go against everything that our Judeo-Christian values represent.

People are using their world view to gauge these people... And that is just invalid.

This is so true. Even with Communism, you had the knowledge that you were dealing with people who employed REASON in their arguments.

Muslims do not come from a system that uses reason. Everything is belief, and if you don't believe what they believe, you are an infidel and can be lied to, and even killed, without any compunction. There is no reasoning with that mindset.
