ARE YOU TOO BUSY FOR GOD?
This means we must commit ourselves to hearing the Lord's voice. How else can we know and do the will of our Heavenly Father? It means that we have a particular commitment to the God-ordained transformation that needs to occur within us so that we may reflect the King of Glory's character. When we decide to be open to the Lord of Heaven, He transforms our lives, and we experience a quietness in our spirit, a confidence in our heart, a dogged determination in our mind, and an increasing faith in our soul. Why not ask God to help you determine whether you are the person He wants you to be? After all, if you are too busy for God, then you really are too busy!
God will provide us with the strength and courage we need to confront and overcome anything that comes our way. So....embrace God's love a-new today, and Be Happy!!

Beautiful Video.
The fact that Doggie is Retired Military has a LOT to do with His Gentleness, Discipline, Control, and Goodness, I am certain!

GOD BLESS AND PROTECT OUR TROOPS!
Amazing Grace
by John Newton
Amazing grace! How sweet the sound That saved a wretch like me! I once was lost, but now am found; Was blind, but now I see. . Twas grace that taught my heart to fear, . And grace my fears relieved; How precious did that grace appear The hour I first believed! . Through many dangers, toils and snares, I have already come; Tis grace hath brought me safe thus far, And grace will lead me home. . The Lord has promised good to me, His Word my hope secures; He will my Shield and Portion be, As long as life endures. . Yea, when this flesh and heart shall fail, And mortal life shall cease, I shall possess, within the veil, A life of joy and peace. . The earth shall soon dissolve like snow, The sun forbear to shine; But God, Who called me here below, Will be forever mine. . When weve been there ten thousand years, Bright shining as the sun, Weve no less days to sing Gods praise Than when wed first begun.

True indeed.
Likewise to you.
Another similar issue . . .
Must have been 14 or so years old . . . was going to build a dugout fort in the sand field on a Sunday.
NOPE. Step-dad made clear that was work and not going to happen on our property on Sunday.
PRAISE GOD He made the Sabbath for us.

Good on him.
I like to try men of the cloth with a bit of a joke like that right off the bat.
A man that doesn’t see the humor and starkness of life is not going to be my pastor.

We had her out for about 20 minutes, but it is just too hot for any lengthy stays outside.

Usually they have more humility.
That’s one of my biggies . . . along with a loving pastoral heart.
