Send in the Spanish Inquisition! No one expects the Spanish Inquisition!
That is because their primary weapon is surprise.

What ever the Israelis do it will be something surprising. Like Cruise missiles fired from Submarines. Or commando raids by land, or some other ways to hit the factories. All you need is to mess up one part and the whole system is down for a good long time. If you can get their brains in the attackit will do a lot to derail their plans.
Kill the Iranian's engineers and technicians. That would set them back some 20 plus years.

You are right about stopping Iran's capability to complete nuclear weapons. But I'm not convinced Israel wants to start a war with Iran without US support, which they do not have right now, with Zero in office. Iran is a big country, with a lot of troops, and even though we like to think those troops aren't loyal to the regime that is in power, if you start bombing the country and killing people, attitudes change. It's “catch 22”for us, too, as we don't want Iran to have nukes, but don't really need to open a new foreign war right now. All the others are but the means for accomplishing the end you describe. That end is also the reason that all the Gulf States and probably Iraq will be involved in the conflict.
That coalition already has the plans to accomplish the mission of destroying Iran.

Think about it: this is what these religious psychopaths are threatening when they ARE NOT YET a nuclear power.
Imagine what they will threaten when they are.
History will never forgive George W Bush. It was his to stop, in time and early.

Every president in the past 30yrs shares responsibility for the existence of this terrorist regime.

We can only hope...Hope that someone with the courage to make it happen will come forward SOON. Or that the Regime in Iran topples under it’s own weight before that becomes irrevocably necessary.
