There's just no convincing some people.
Nearly one in five people —18% — wrongly believe President Barack Obama is a Muslim, according to a poll released on Thursday.
The number is up from the 11% who thought Obama was a Muslim in March 2009. The percentage who correctly believe the president is Christian is down to 34%.
The largest share of those polled— 43% — said they weren't sure what the president's religion is, up from the 34% who said they didn't know early last year.

This was a statement by Egyptian Foreign Minister Ahmed Abul Gheit on Nile-TV. It was made on the «Round table show».

Adul Gheit said he had a one-on-one meeting with Obama, where the US President told him that He was still a Muslim, the son of a Muslim father, the step son of Muslim stepfather, that his half brothers in Kenya are Muslims, and that he was sympatetic towards the Muslim agenda.
Adul Gheit claimed Obama told the Arabs to show patience. Obama promised that once he overcame some domestic issues, like the Health care reform, he would show the Muslim World how to deal with Israel.
Muslims believe that Laylat al-Qadr is the night in which the Qur’an was first revealed to the Prophet Muhammad. Also, it is believed to have occurred on an odd-numbered night during the last 10 days of Ramadan, either the night of the 21st, 23rd, 25th, 27th or 29th.This is a time of fellowship with families, friends and surrounding communities, but may also occupy larger spaces at mosques or banquet halls, where a hundred or more may gather at a time. The elderly, the chronically ill, and the mentally ill are exempt from fasting, although the first two groups must endeavor to feed the poor in place of their missed fasting. 2010 is from August 11th to September 9th with the crucial days being 21st, 23rd ,25th and the 27th.
Well, we know he’s mentally ill so that excuses him and he feeds the poor with our tax dollars so he’s complying.

The number who CORRECTLY believe the president is christian is and will always be ZERO! That is unaffected by variance in the number who believe he is a christian.
