t hasn't been the greatest of months for Sarah Palin when it comes to her political star power.
The two candidates Palin backed in Tuesday's primaries lost their bids, making the former Alaska governor 0-for-5 when it comes to endorsements this month.
In Washington State, Palin had backed Tea Party activist Clint Didier in his bid for the Senate over businessman Dino Rossi, the favorite of national Republicans.
In making her endorsement of Didier last May, Palin said the Tea Party favorite had "inspired" her, and hailed him as a "patriot running for U.S. Senate to serve his state & our country for all the right reasons!"
Palin went on to record a robocall for Didier, telling voters that "unlike establishment candidates who just talk about lower taxes, Clint has signed a pledge to do so."
But Rossi easily beat Diddier in Tuesday's primary, besting the former NFL player by more than 20 points.
Palin's candidate also lost out in the Wyoming gubernatorial primary on Tuesday. There, the former vice presidential nominee backed what she referred to as a "Mama Grizzly," State Auditor Rita Meyer.
"Voters know that Rita has a unique blend of steel magnolia and mama grizzly," Palin wrote on her Facebook page in July.

Oh well, she has a chance of redemption with McQueeg.
CNN gloats, but ignores the Obama kiss of Kenyan death with DemCommies.
News organization? LOL.
how did these guys do?
The GOP is still sweating it- since they have to spend money to win OVER OTHER GOP candidates.
This is still something they never had to contend with before.
They tried to ignore it when she was on a winning streak, so I’ll simply ignore THEM now...
Rossi would be easier to beat then Didier.
Her candidate lost here in Georgia and I am glad.
The lady doth protest too much, methinks.

If it were easy, we wouldn't have the Congress filled with RINO's....the money is poured into keeping the good ol' boy networks intact, and the legislation to pay back the supporters' interests, NEVER The Peoples' intersts.
Yeah....
Obama was out here pimping for dingbat Murray. Only the farthest of the far lefties want anything to do with the magic negro.
But wait....how does this work with the, “if McCain wins, it’s all Palin’s fault” crowd?
Seems Palin is batting about about the same % as the RNC when it comes to picking RINOs over conservatives.
Luckily Palin’s shine worked to defeat Tom Campbell in California.
The reason Palin endorsed Fiorina was to stop Tom Campbell, who before the endorsement seemed to be the easy winner of the primary.
Voting started in 6 days and Tom Campbell was well ahead with 35% of the vote, and climbing.
Campbell supports abortion rights and gay marriage, and argues that Boxers greatest asset against either of his two Republican opponents, former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina and state Assemblyman Chuck DeVore, would be the states decidedly un-conservative social views.
She has always been able to move the debate over to the social issues. She will not be able to do that against me, Campbell told POLITICO.
During the campaign for U.S. Senate in 2000, Campbell touted his 100 percent pro-choice voting record. He opposed a ban on partial birth abortions, one of the most horrific abortion practices. (Conservatives Agonize Backing Campbell, Roll Call, August 7, 2000.)
Campbell in 1992 made abortion the center stage of his campaign. In the 1992 election, Campbells TV ad ran with the following caption: For choice, for jobs, for U.S. Senate. In another ad, he said, Im pro-choice and one of the most conservative members of Congress when it comes to spending. In a Republican debate, he described his abortion views, as good for voters looking for someone who is willing to break with the party line from time to time. (Gerry Braun, Herschensohn Wont Pledge to Back GOP Pick; Senate Opponents Renew Acrimony in Last Debate, San Diego Union Tribune, June 1, 1992.)
Dino Rossi is an establishment in WA. Didier was a longshot to begin with. Guess she will be no help in the General.

Mouth-breather CNN can’t understand that Palin is doing it right, making statements in the primaries.
In-fighting among the Democrats never seems to hurt them, but it destroys the Republican chances. She is doing the right thing - it’s not a score card deal.
I would have supported Didier, but I would think Rossi has a better shot in the fall, due to name recognition. He has been close to victory before in state-wide elections and the environment is much better this year than it has been for some time for a GOP candidate. Of course, I say this from a state just about as far away from Washington as you can get, so I do not know the ins and outs of the local scene.
Unlike with conservative Didier, Palin went a-stumping for McCain, did commercials for him, raised lots of cash, called him a Tea Party stalwart, and appeared with on TV with her hero.
FOr Didier, she gave a very last minute phone message two days before the vote.
How did I know this was a “pissant” post before even looking down at the FR name?
As far as the Didier endorsement, it came BEFORE Rossi through his hat in the ring.
CORRECTION: I meant CA an SC primaries in post #1
