“This isn’t correct, The Roman Catholic church says it, the Greek Orthodox say it, the Protestants say it, so your statement isn’t true.”

The Bible says: “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved” period!

The Bible trumps the organized religions with there pagan rituals every time.

I should have added that Glenn Beck does believe that the “Book of Mormon is the true holy Book while he pretends that the Bible is, he probably hasn’t started pushing it yet on his show has he?

Remember that Mormons are taught to serve potential converts bland milk, and save the meat for after they are reeled in. Just like Muslims and taqiyya, so too Mormons are taught to conceal much of the truth, and to handle a conversion gently because of risk of shocking and losing the convert.

Beck has never endorsed Romney!

I didn't say that or bring it up, but since you mention it, Beck has definitely talked up Mitt Romney on his show.

Your Bible comes in second to a Mormon’s holy “Book of Mormon”. What does your bible say about it’s inferiority and lack of truth when compared to the Book of Mormon?

Find one thing from the Bible that is not true and prove it.

Find one thing from the Bible that is not true and prove it.

Get on the Mormon threads and watch as Mormons strive to do just that, as they elevate their non-Christian "Bible" the Book of Mormon, and non-Christian religion over what they see as your phony Christianity and flawed Christian Bible.

There is more going on as Glenn Beck works to become America's national preacher, than many people realize.

"In 2008, Beck created the CD/DVD An Unlikely Mormon: The Conversion Story of Glenn Beck, detailing how he was transformed by the "healing power of Jesus Christ."

Have you seen anything that Beck has said that disagrees with the Bible? I haven’t. Untill I do I’m not going to make assumptions on what he believes other then what he has said in print or broadcast media.

Do you think that the “Book of Mormon” is the true Holy Book of Christianity?

Just as much as I believe the new testament.

I’m one of Beck’s stealth army. I watch his TV program regularly and have seen him on more than one occasion plead with viewers to ‘read your Bible’, the founders did, regularly. Painting Glenn with ALL the sludge of Mormonism is a mistake. And he may not remain a MOmron for the rest of his adult life because he is fast growing into a student of Christianity and will no doubt find the glaring divergences of mormonism.

“They don’t believe He’s our savior.”

Wow, just where do you get that idea from?

If you want to know what Mormons believe in Christ as our Savior, I suggest you read up a little more. (link below) Really, Glenn Beck is not a dumb guy. If you think he is, I suggest you stop listening to him.

We have a Mormon who is becoming America's radio preacher, yet avoiding social conservative issues.

Who would benefit from the mainstreaming of Mormonism as just another "Christian" denomination by a conservative voice, yet at the same time is lost on the social conservative issues?

GLENN BECK:
"I have to tell you that Mitt Romney could be the only guy that could win, and I don’t know if he could because I think that Americans are going to be I mean, this country is going to be in deep trouble by 2012, and the next term, if it’s not decided this term, the next term will decide our fate. Then I hope that Americans are ready for an adult and are ready for hard news."

As usual you left something out!

Glenn Beck and radio pals Pat Gray and Stu Burguiere rattled down the list of potential Republican nominees for President in 2012 this morning, and they had some bad news for the Tea Party movement: Sarah Palin probably won’t run, Ron Paul is still and long shot, and Mitt Romney, as of now, is the GOP’s best bet.

While Gray and Burguiere are harsh to most of the candidates, Beck spreads the love around. He tells his co-hosts that he likes Palin but doesn’t think she will run, Bobby Jindal but doesn’t think he has the charisma, and Congressman Paul but doesn’t think America is ready for him. Then, at the bottom of the pile, he finds Mitt Romney:

I have to tell you that Mitt Romney could be the only guy that could win, and I don’t know if he could because I think that Americans are going to be I mean, this country is going to be in deep trouble by 2012, and the next term, if it’s not decided this term, the next term will decide our fate. Then I hope that Americans are ready for an adult and are ready for hard news.

It’s a strange, possibly sad conclusion from someone who had called Romney out for “flirting with socialism,” but ultimately Beck was trying to determine who could win, not who he thought should.

If Beck was playing process of elimination, which he clearly was, it’s hard to refute his conclusion that Romney is the least likely candidate to crash and burn in a general election, if only for being a conservative from the most liberal state of America and having moderate successes like universal health care under his belt.

Or– and this one is for you conspiracy theorists out there– maybe Beck is intentionally downplaying the Republican candidates’ ability to success so as to clear the brush and become the reluctant right-wing candidate by default. After all, he is the second-most popular human being in America.

Mormons don’t believe that Jesus is the only son of God, who was sent to die on the cross to save us from our sins. They don’t believe He’s our savior.

How odd that you think that, because every Mormon I know believes that Jesus is the only begotten Son of God, that he died for our sins on the cross and that Jesus is our savior.

As usual you start your post with a personal insult and a lie, and you also pretended to not be aware that Beck has talked up Romney when you posted in post 69.

In that discussion you mention, Palin was dismissed in a single sentence, as you say “He tells his co-hosts that he likes Palin but doesn’t think she will run” and then he pumps up Mitt Romney.

To quote you again “ He tells his co-hosts that he likes Palin but doesn’t think she will run, Bobby Jindal but doesn’t think he has the charisma, and Congressman Paul but doesn’t think America is ready for him. Then, at the bottom of the pile, he finds Mitt Romney.”

You just supported what I said, except in stronger language, you are right, he is promoting Romney and dismissing Palin.

Now the truth is out there. By the way, Romney was never a conservative, Why would such a supposed conservative, even anti-Republican (Democrat party does not suck more than Republican party) guy like Beck be pushing such a liberal as Mitt Romney?

Is it not true you run on emotions and not reason nor logic?

He was doing a run down as to how thing looked in April and where the country is at.

"It’s a strange, possibly sad conclusion from someone who had called Romney out for “flirting with socialism,” but ultimately Beck was trying to determine who could win, not who he thought should.

Some around here will cut off their nose to spite their face but lets get real we need someone who can stop the bleeding and will win.

Do you have anyone in mind?

In the Scheme of things the people in this nation has given away almost all of this country...

We NEED to STOP the BLEEDING!

WE need to prepare folks in the various local goverment that defend the constitution so they can be ready to fill higher position in the future.

This is going to take six, ten years to do but in the mean time we need to stop the bleeding!

Do you grasp that?

As usual, always the personal attack.

You and Mormon Glenn Beck pushing Romney, yet Romney is a liberal how can he appeal to supposed conservatives.

Mitt Romney: "I was an independent during the time of Reagan-Bush. I'm not trying to return to Reagan-Bush."

Mitt Romney: "I'm not a partisan politician. My hope is that, after this election, it will be the moderates of both parties who will control the Senate, not the Jesse Helmses."

Mitt Romney:"One issue I want to clarify concerns President Clinton’s “don’t ask, don’t tell, don’t pursue” military policy. I believe that the Clinton compromise was a step in the right direction. I am also convinced that it is the first of a number of steps that will ultimately lead to gays and lesbians being able to serve openly and honestly in our nation’s military. That goal will only be reached when preventing discrimination against gays and lesbians is a mainstream concern, which is a goal we share."

Mitt Romney:"These guns are not made for recreation or self-defense," "They are instruments of destruction with the sole purpose of hunting down and killing people."

“They are nice people supposedly, but are not honest about their beliefs.”

What a perfectly horrible, disgusting, creepy thing to say. You say Mormons are “nice people” but then turn around and say we are “not honest.”

I am a Mormon and I am not a liar. This thread, as usual, has invited the anti Mormons to pile on. How very sad.
