1) This process is successful
2) This process is less costly
3) This process does not require the killing of children.

What a load of crap story. This has nothing to do with obamacare, but is a company not in compliance FDA rules that have existed for years. Come into compliance and the company can re-open.
so then, doesn't that fall under the Constitutional law that gives the FEDS no right to interfere UNLESS he practices or sells across state lines?
No doubt if they were using fetal stem cells instead of adult stem cells taken from the patients themselves, Obama would be sending them stimulus funds to encourage their work.

There have been preachers, priests, and “psychics” for 12000 years who promised cures, promoted faith healing, and sold nostrums. It is good that such scams be shut down.
Whether this one is legit, or not, is the important question. A conservative history suggests that 97% of “miracle cures” are scams.
