What a load of crap story. This has nothing to do with obamacare, but is a company not in compliance FDA rules that have existed for years. Come into compliance and the company can re-open.
Learn to read the whole article dumbo. Instead of drugs given by the doctor being regulated at the state level with Obamacare, drugs given by the doctor are now regulated at the federal level.
