Neither one are citizens, both should be deported as soon as their prison sentences are served.

Duffy sentenced another man, 37-year-old Daniel Morales-Ramirez, to two years in prison and three years of supervised release for operating the document-making "plant" out of a Goose Creek home.I assume that since the perp is not a US citizen or "permanent resident" that his supervised release will take place in his home country?
