I’m going to make a prediction right now, and bear in mind that I’m right about as often as Dick Morris in my predictions, that this endorsement of that mosque within eyesight of ground zero will be the LAST STRAW for Obama.

He’s slipping badly any way yet even with a devistating election facing him come November, his party stands with him-shame on them all and a pox on their houses-Obama manages to stay up there with favorables that erode slowly but steadily.

But to do this.....maybe the country won’t go on strike or indulge in riots in the street, but whatever little bit of approval the man had has now died.

The astounding thing about both is they appear to be acts of a man who does not even care about ordinary political sensibilities and seeing his party win in November. The only logical explanation for both the trip and this action is psychological: he bears a deep, absolute, total and utterly virulent hate for America and Americans that he will act out even if there's a serious doubt whether he can politically get away with it. He is an utterly evil, profoundly dangerous man.

This is a very good description of how Obama is an analog of Hitler. Hitler's early successes were due, almost without exception, to audacity, assertion, and historical myth. All of it fueled by uncompromising hatred. Both of them similarly unaccomplished, yet both weave a myth with themselves as the saviour of "their people".
