Sorry Barry, you just screwed your party, they are now officially DOA. Yes, this is America, and yes we do respect freedom of religion. However, the vast majority of Americans also have something called ‘respect for the dead’. It’s one thing for Muslims to build a mosque, it’s a completely different thing when the members of the religion that was responsible for 2000 deaths wanting to build a mosque within walking distance of those people’s graves/memorial.

I go on my mayors facebook page and post a response to his topic about how Obama is not right allowing the mosque to be built. i throw in facts and they call me inflammatory...I HATE LIBERALS!! they squeal when they know they have no facts.

It’s the first amendment! It has protected me (a Christian)for years. Making sure that I can worship Him without interference. It is a double edged sword.
