CONCORD A Democratic candidate for the New Hampshire House has apologized for posting a death wish for Sarah Palin on Facebook. Keith Halloran of Rindge made the comment in response to a Republican lawmakers post Tuesday about the plane crash that killed former Alaska Sen. Ted Stevens. When the lawmaker expressed disappointment that some news accounts of Stevens death focused on negative aspects of his career, Halloran responded: "Just wish Sarah and Levy were on board,"

Democrats are supposed to be compassionate people. Right. This guy should go to hell.
Keith You listening??? Go to Hell!
Apologize to Todd’s face.
Americans...awaken to the fact that this is what the Democrats think and say about anyone who does not hold with their one world communist views. They will destroy all who oppose them if they get the power. It will only take one more “Judge” to give it to them.
Just withdraw. That will be apology enough.
Well at least he admits his wrong. There’s a faint glimmer of hope he could be cured of his ‘liberalism mental disorder’.
But the prognosis is not good for the older chronic type dysfunction!
if somebody posted a death threat on FR, Media Matters would have ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, MSBNC, the Washington Post and the New York Times all over it faster than you could say Right Wing Extremist.
Generally speaking, liberals and the left in general, not only hate views that are different than their own, but they hate the individuals who hold those views.
I live in NYC, and I have an eccentric Democratic friend, whom I get along with okay. He is always inviting me to Democratic events, and I always turn him down, because as a Republican, I know I am going to find people who literally HATE me for that reason alone!
But our side, the conservative side or Republican... we may not like the liberals world view and we will say so, but I don’t think we HATE them as individuals.
This has long been my feeling; they hate us PERSONALLY, we just disagree with them philosophically.
I don’t believe him, period. Elitists like him think “the little people” and those that disagree with them don’t count. I’m sure he meant it. I’m sure he still wishes Sarah Palin and others were dead or simply out of his way. People with free will, liberty, and freedoms are an impediment to the advancement of the socialist agenda.
Didn’t I hear he had withdrawn??
You're absolutely right. I have some liberal-leaning friends, and sadly some liberals in the extended family etc. While I disagree with them on many things, I still value their opinions, ideas, and insights - even if only as a counterpoint to conservative views. How would we know light without darkness?
Personally though, I recognize them as fellow humans and wouldn't dream of wishing ill upon them. Liberals however, when you engage them in debate (and inevitably win on facts and logic) almost always fall back on personal, ad-hominium attacks. They genuinely seem to dislike, even hate conservatives and conservative thought. Probably because they feel so threatened by it. We upset their idealistic outlook with cold hard, irrefutable facts.
By our very ideological nature, conservatives are “live and let live”, as in “I expect you to leave me alone, and I will leave you alone.”
However, leftists, by their very ideological nature, seek to control and subjugate humanity. Those who would fight back are worth nothing except extermination, preferably at the “hand” of the State, which is their idolatrous god.
Actually, I’m glad occasionally we hear this from them. It reminds us all of the thuggery that populates the dem party.
Halloran just says what they’re all thinking. Robert Bork said liberalism is more a mood than a phiosophy. Their ideas can’t stand on their own, so the response is hatred and violence.
I hope so...
My Congressman is Rangel. I really can’t stand him, philosophically and because of the current ethics issues. I don’t think I would like him personally, either, though I have a GOP friend who knows him well and likes him.
He wrote his memoirs, “And I Haven’t Had a Bad Day Since” about his life and his career and his near death experiences in Korea. A few weeks back, when the Rangel issue became 24/7, he said to the media, referring to the title of his book, ‘I might now have to re-evaluate that.’
I actually felt bad for him.
Hey, psycho, did you cut a check to the Halloran campaign?
