EAST POINT, Ga. - Video showed chaos unfolding in the city of East Point on Wednesday morning as hundreds of people waited for their chance to get federal housing assistance. Aerials from above the East Point Housing Authority showed a large group of people congregating around police cars and causing a scene as several people handed out applications.
Mobs of people surrounded police cars, and FOX 5 has learned workers were handing out applications to the crowd, but they would only do so with police presence. Those in the crowd would receive an application, then fill it out and wait in lines to turn them in. ...

“Notice who the reporter decides to hit with the questions.... “
I did, that was one of the many reason I decided not to comment.
“How about our side? Or have we thrown up the white flag and resigned ourselves that retreat into our bunkers is the only alternative? Or will we say REMEMBER NOVEMBER ?”
Shall it be:
live as a serf,
open revolution,
or secession?
Stay on that Dem plantation. Never strive to be better than you are. Never desire success. Keep blaming everyone but yourself.
I assume Section 8 in Georgia flows into the coffers of a lot of private landlords?
Remind me to invest in something belt fed.
"My God, it's almost dark...they'll be waking up soon!"
Having grown up working construction project in Boston's Mattapan and Roxbury sections, I know precisely how the character felt!
The only problem is that WE, not Obama, already are. The sense of entitlement is amazing! Little has changed in 150 years. The only difference for many is leaving one plantation for another.
LOL! The looter guy with refreshments.

“Officials said they were planning for about 10,000 due to the economic downturn this year, but 30,000 people showed up instead.”
The comments following the article are interesting, pitting the “deserve a nice place to live at taxpayer expense” crowd against the “whitey freed your asses” crowd. Both sides are looking for a fight even if they don’t think so.
This stuff is gonna get ugly.
I don't know. I think there are several threads up under various titles.
I am doing my best to retire early and move out of the metropolitan area. It is already like the 3rd world here. I feel so out of place. I sleep with a loaded gun under my pillow. I want to move out West to the wilderness. I already have the land. Just have to make sure I can live on whatever I have been able to stash away during my working years. I imagine I will be working part time even in my so-called retirement. Can’t bank on social security being there even though I have paid into it steadily for the last 40 years. This whole get something for nothing mentality that the democrats cultivate is frightening to me. I agree it will most probably end up getting ugly and I want to be far away when it does.
Or something in the 40mm range that has a festive effect radius.
Can't imagine why.
“Ill bet theyre also getting a demon-crat voter registration card too with those welfare housing applications. Goes hand in hand with this administration.”
Made with the union/acorn logo!
It's not a black/white/hispanic/indian/asian thing...it's a freedom v. socialist dependency thing. Yes, a large majority of US blacks (85 to 90%) are sympathetic to the RAT/socialist big gubmint machinery/chicanery. But that does leave a sizable group (say 1.3 to 1.5 million) that are fairly Conservative.
We need to persuade people of all stripes about the efficacy of Conservative Freedom and free enterprise!
“I guarantee you, some are living BETTER than you are and at YOUR expense.”
That is disgusting, and it won’t last.
