The comments following the article are interesting, pitting the “deserve a nice place to live at taxpayer expense” crowd against the “whitey freed your asses” crowd. Both sides are looking for a fight even if they don’t think so.
This stuff is gonna get ugly.
I am doing my best to retire early and move out of the metropolitan area. It is already like the 3rd world here. I feel so out of place. I sleep with a loaded gun under my pillow. I want to move out West to the wilderness. I already have the land. Just have to make sure I can live on whatever I have been able to stash away during my working years. I imagine I will be working part time even in my so-called retirement. Can’t bank on social security being there even though I have paid into it steadily for the last 40 years. This whole get something for nothing mentality that the democrats cultivate is frightening to me. I agree it will most probably end up getting ugly and I want to be far away when it does.
There are people here on FR that are touting the line that all we have to do is buy some gold and silver and everything will be fine.
I have invested in lots of food and a way to get drinkable water, my residence paid in full and a goodly supply of precious metals (lead, copper and brass) I also have a bit of gold and silver but my first thought is to be scarce and stay low if things like this mob in line for housing become the norm for food and such.
This will definitely get ugly and fast too!

I totally agree...unless something changes soon, and I don’t see that happening.
Just wait. If the elections in November pan out the way I think they will, the people in this video will be shouting the word “racist” to the rooftops, and will be out in the streets in force.
Obama has, on his own, made race relations in this country untenable.
