This doesn’t surprise me. Larry Johnson of NoQuarter, who has inside contacts because of his former CIA work, wrote an article several months ago in which he says that top military officials are requiring Obama to personally sign off on their orders.

We can’t post NoQuarter articles at FR, otherwise I’d post it. Whatever the reason, the fact that military official are requiring Obama’s signature on orders speaks volumes (to me) about this administration. If the military doesn’t trust him, he can’t be trusted.
