Its obvious and simple and what many of the commanders in the feild have been saying - they want to negotiate a settlement that includes Taliban. Since the policy is to NEVER negotiate with Terrorists, then only way around it is to not designate Taliban as such.

People need to begin to realize the difference between Suni and Shiite Muslims. They hate each other. The Suni are trying to eliminate the Shia. Obama was brought up as a Suni.(Understand that: Obama’s heart is with the Suni) The Taliban is Suni as is Al Quida. Saudi Arabia is Suni as is Indonesia. Iran is Shia which will be why Saudi Arabia will side with Israel and the US to wipe out the rulers of Iran to eliminate the last Shiite stronghold which is Iran. Then Saudi Arabia and the other Middle Eastern countries which are predominently Suni will turn on Israel.
