They actually arrested the guy at his home as mentioned at the end of the article. So for him, a “go to jail, don’t paid” card.
Now that's leaving the job with a little flair. lol
The passenger is totally at fault here. When anyone from the crew tells you to do something, you had better just shut up and do it. Period.
Perhaps the ultimate expression of “runway rage” ( hey, I just coined a new term) occured many years ago at LaGuardia in NYC...for several months, for reasons I can’t remember, there had beeen multihour delays waiting for take off...and one day the pilots of an Eastern Airlines ( see it was a long time ago) after several hours sitting on the runway, just said screw it, popped the door, and deplaned, leaving the jet sitting there..
They are very tired even after eating many oysters :-)...

No, actually (I’m surprised too), Mr. K. is right-—it’s 100%.
He applied for a flight attendant job at South West Airlines. At that time their Stews were all Women! He said that he would look great in those mini skirts which were the uniform at that time. When he was shunned he filed suit under the new EEOC law and WON! He took the money but didn't pursue that career because he had a "disease", (HIV) which would take him within two years!
But he sure looked great in his wedding dress!
Too bad they don't issue bear spray and tassers to the FAs on this NY run. Sounds like a bunch of the human vermin posing as passenger could use some attitude adjusting.

I'm seriously considering the idea that we all organize a Cloward-Piven strategy on the TSA and make EVERYONE demand to be frisked instead of going through the body scanners. Just think of the gridlock at the airports that that would cause. What would the TSA do under those circumstances?

A straight male flight attendant? I bet if Breitbart offered $100K for proof of one, there'd be no takers.
I don’t blame that attendant either, but sadly the story doesn’t end there. The cops came to arrest him and found him in a sexual embrace with his partner.
Oh, and he said something like “27 years down the drain” as he jumped into the exit slide.
Talk about your bad days.
