That is a good question. My guess would be that it can be configured to run XP. Some corporate networks still have that as a standard (my work does).

What is a professional DOWNGRADE in operating systems? Has Vista on it when normally but was retrograded to XP at the factory. Lot of customers request this service, and some places charge extra for it.
