The rebellious daughter of former law-and-order Mayor Rudolph Giuliani was busted today for allegedly stealing makeup from an upscale beauty and skin care shop near her Upper East Side home, officials said.
Cops said Caroline Giuliani, 20, a student at Harvard University, was arrested after security cameras caught her stuffing makeup into her jacket pocket at a Sephora store at E. 86th Street and Lexinton Avenue shortly before 2 p.m.

I like Guiliani, but I’ve never respected what he did to his family. I’m not surprised hearing this.
That said, she’s 20. She’s a big girl now, old enough to be responsible. And I’m sure she’s got enough money to buy makeup.

Kinda like that former Miss America that was caught taking some things out of a Target in Denton Tx a few days ago. People steal and it has to be something else besides lack of money with some. Fun, the challenge or whatever...
By the way, does this part bother anyone else?

Right. I immediately thought of the former Miss America.
I recall one former girlfriend telling me that she swiped make-up items because, unlike clothes, she couldn’t return make-up or lipstick in case she didn’t like them.....
