I could have told her this was coming before Obama was elected and she was writing columns praising him.

and where she always seemed to go with her ‘themes’,was a little too determined by her hormones, like that piece she wrote in the aftermath of 9-11 and the new surge in patriotism and militarism on the cusp of the Afghanistan
involvement. “The real men are back in town!” she crowed.
Then , years later, she supports this narcissistic pampered Metrosexual Ideologue Obama.....jeez, Peggy, hang it up already!

It’s a good year out of date, and woulda been painfully tepid EVEN THEN.
The problem is not that our kids won’t be wealthier than we are. Its the “same old serpent” as Abe Lincoln once said, or “a long train of abuses and usurpations” as Tom Jefferson wrote.

Noonan’s article - well concealed REMORSE for supporting a obvious loon in the run up to the 2008 elections... Noonan was a FOOL and is now only recognizing it... But fools cannot be trusted even in their remorse... because they will be easy fools again in the future...
And she can't address immigration without resorting to that overused and untrue nonsense. How many times does it have to be said that if we enforce the law and cut off the job and government benefit lures, the illegals will largely self-deport, and those that don't can be deported as they come in contact with law enforcement over the months and eyars. Those who refuse to see that simply don't want our laws enforced, or the illegal alien problem solved.

Start deporting several hundred thousand every few months...It would be easy....We can move tens of millions every few months on airlines and buses, so we could certainly move several hundred thousand illegals out of here every few months with ease....Those that try to reenter, will be building new tents city prisons on the borders, and they will be used to build and complete super walls like the Israelis build on their borders...
