Picture this:
You're a black man working at a beer distributorship and every day when you go into the bathroom, you see a new drawing of a hangman's noose around a black man's neck with "Kill the n-word" underneath. So you take pictures with your cell phone.
Why would you only show these pictures to your girlfriend and mother? Why would you not go directly to management with the evidence and address this? And where is the cell phone with the pictures now?

The guy was evidently a paranoid psychotic. Race was part of his overall paranoia.
For that matter, why aren’t the pictures still in the bathroom? “Johnson! A disgruntled employee just killed ten co-workers! Quick! Erase that racist graffiti in the men’s bathroom before the police arrive!”
From here on out, anybody who plays it will be identified as a tool and banished.

So far there is no evidence of any racism at this facility except the word of the shooter.
I seriously doubt the shooter’s word here.
There are some people who are overly sensitive and who mistakenly take offense at something that was said that was completely innocent and not to be taken personally.

Bloomfield public school system spends $18,069 per pupil. State average for Connecticut is $13,277.
City of Bloomfield is less than 40% white. 15% of all households are taxpayer subsidized single mothers — breeding the next generation of criminals and Obama voting bastards (out of wedlock babies = bastards).
