Sarah Palin may be a popular pick for Republicans in 2012, but the former Alaska Gov. is staying cagey on her presidential plans.
"I've never committed to running for president," Palin said on Fox News Sunday. "That's not where my focus is."
Instead, Palin says she is devoting her attention to getting Republicans back in office this fall.

Palin is more like Olympia Snowe than Ronald Reagan
Add Pink(o) Elephants
LOL!
The last time we had a “ conservative leader “ like this, Noah built himself an Ark ;-)
L.O.S.T
carbon credits
amnesty
TARP
windfall profits tax
(Pinko elephants)
McCain
Fiorina
Yeah, well, how much executive leadership experience did Noah have. ;^)
Well, I guess he did have a good running mate though. God trumps!
LOL
“The tax increase that Gov. Palin has signed into law reduces the attractiveness of future oil developments in Alaska,” Kimberly Brasington, a spokeswoman for ExxonMobil, said after the bill passed in December. “We are re-evaluating investment plans.”
Tim Bradner, an energy industry specialist for the Alaska Economic Report, says two oil projects worth about $1 billion have been canceled because they became uneconomical under the Palin tax increase.

“Here you are in Alaska, a state that grew rich on oil and gas, in a state where Republicans generally protected the industry,” says Persily, who worked for Palin in Washington. “Now you have Palin who comes in, says, ‘Tax ‘em,’ and the Legislature says, ‘We’ll see your tax, and we’ll double it,’ and everyone went home happy other than the oil industry. It’s a very surprising turn of events.”
Eric Croft, a former Democratic state representative from Anchorage, says, “On oil and gas, her positions are much closer to that of the national Democratic Party than of the national Republican Party.”

In August, before she was McCain’s running mate, Palin issued a statement praising parts of Obama’s energy plan, especially his proposal “to offer $1,000 rebates to those struggling with the high cost of energy.”

I did my own research on Palin. She is no conservative.
Agreed.
She is learning and moving in that direction, and I believe sincerely so. Unlike some of the other frauds. But on the job training in the WH leads to on the job disasters.
If she can’t see that the list I made is deadly, either she is a lib, or too stupid to be POTUS. One brain dead POTUS is already destroying us.
Like I told someone else, she needs more time to gain wisdom. Hopefully she will. But it won’t be by 2012.
My dear McGruff, merely because I (and others) have legitimate questions about Mrs Palin is no reason to call us “ankle biters”.
I keep reading your post, and every time it makes no damn sense.
You have me interested. Sarah as ....WHO THE HELL HAS BALLS!!!!!!!!!NEWT Give me a friggin break! SARAH HAS MORE NUGGETS THAN THE RNC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That is because you have no understanding of the issues that it addresses.
Broadcasters have certain FCC rules to which they have to comply WRT their personnel that have declared their candidacy for public office. Once that has been done, they are required to give opponents “equal time.”
“Well, it wouldnt bother me in the least if she stays with her well paying media career.”
I hope she reads this, because I’m sure she will change all of her plans as to not bother you. LOL (look up narcissism)
From reading the post, you have piss'ed off all the freeper women and anyone that doesn't support your candidate.
All you have to do is tell them:
'I Will Vote For Sarah Should She Get the Nomination.'
I'll tell you if Duncan Hunter got the nod, I'd certainly vote for him before sitting out.
Myself, I'll be voting straight party ticket come this Nov and again in 2012 regardless who our side chooses as our nominee.
It's gonna be long two years here on FreeRepublic but at least it will be entertaining.
I can answer that question easily and here it is:
Sarah Palin will NOT be the GOP nominee for 2012 or any other year. She has burned up about 13 minutes of her 15 minutes of fame and by the time the primary season begins in earnest, she will not be among those running for the nomination.
Save this post to remind yourself where you heard this first.
LOL, I don't vote for genitalia.
