I have been a union steward and a manager. I have sat in on several disciplinary action meetings while working with ATT. We have always requested that the employee being disciplined remove his coat and not be allowed to take any backpacks or anything other with them into a meeting. This individual had this attack planned for a long time. He laid the groundwork, and brought a .223 to work, most likely on several occasions. His actions demonstrate the need for more background investigations before offering a person a position of employment. IMHO, he planned to do this action no matter where he worked. He just wanted to kill a large amount of people.

This guy, like Maxine Waters, apparently thought that being Black is a license to steal. He may well have thought that opposition to theft by Blacks amounts to racism. Fox News this morning was reporting the story as if Omar's allegations were automatically true.

You must understand that today, "White on Black racism" is something only Blacks can see. Thus, their claims have no means of objective verification, short of actual incidences of racism.

Late in 1979 or early 80. I had a guy on my crew, his first day on the job, accuse me of being a racist.

The co. conducted an investigation to determine if I was a racist.

After an 8hr intensive investigation, they finally got around to asking the guy what it was I had said or done that made me a racist.
