Now, while Snooki did not bother to mention that the administration’s institution of the tax on tanning services is an overt breach of the president’s campaign promise to ensure that no one making less than $250,000 per year will see a tax increase, nor did she mention that the tariff likely violates the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment as it applies to one segment of the population but not another with the disparity based upon race (though she did note that John McCain is “pale” and “would probably want to be tan” while Obama “doesn’t have that problem, obviously”), her reasoning does not matter.
Snooki’s underlying reasons behind her inherent dislike of Barack Obama’s tanning policy would only be of any consequence to those who not only know of Snooki but respect her political acumen enough to follow her lead at the polls. Those people worry me. In reality, far more important is the mere fact that Snooki was aware of the tanning tax to begin with — not to mention the party responsible for it. That, my friends, appeals to the simple, aforementioned truth that, while there are millions who know of Snooki, millions more actually ARE Snooki whether they know it or not.

Actually, it's not. Lots of black men here in Atlanta like having a darker skin tone and they tan as well.

Tanning salons are for the most part small businesses with an often less than rich customers. Some of these businesses may end up closing as their market cannot support the added cost. I am certain that when those unknown Congressional staffers and George Soros think tank members crafted the Obamacare they were thinking only of high end tanning spas and not small businesses.

Ah, your mistake is using logic. Going out in the sun isn’t about getting a tan, it’s about showing off the tan one has acquired.
Yep, during the winter, hence the popularity of Vitamin D supplements. However, since we haven't had rain in well over a month, I've managed to acquire my yearly summer tan by working out in the yard. Obama can take his tanning tax and shove it up his Obama.

Just a thought. It is Snooki’s JOB on a scripted “reality” show to portray a Jersey shore mook/skank. A job for which she is very well paid and which provides her other business opportunities few others ever see.
In other words, she just may not be as stupid as people like to think as they judge by appearances and what they see on a fake show.

Many working conservatives go to tanning booths in preparation for that rare vacation in the sun. It’s a controlled way to tan slowly, so they don’t burn to a crisp when they finally do get to a beach.
