Andrew Tome of Red Lion just added a third bus to his mini-caravan that's heading down to Washington, D.C., to see Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin in a few weeks.
Tome said he's not representing any particular organization, and he didn't originally plan to make the trip a big production. He figures it's like anything else.
"When you're passionate about something, you want other people to enjoy it as much as you do," Tome said.
And Tome likes Glenn Beck. About a year ago, he got really into the Fox News TV and radio host, and he started encouraging family and friends to listen as well.
When Beck began to talk about staging a rally on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial on Aug. 28, Tome spoke to friends and family about going as a group. One projected carload turned into several. Finally, by early July, he had booked a bus from the Red Lion Bus Co.
In a span of mere days, he's already had 30 people ask about getting on the third bus. He has room for 17 more.

My prayers go with all the people attending. My family will be there in spirit.
Yeah, Andrew heads up a quite impressive Tea Party group that is branching out into Adams County and South Central PA.
I wish I could be there.
Me My Family,My former Boss and a friend from Michigan will be there !!!!!!!
Our tea party in eastern NC is filling up it’s second bus already...we pull out at 5AM on the morning of the 28th...:)
The liberal media will ignore it or make fun of it.
For those driving, please stay in Virginia and, if you can, take some time to enjoy the sights — Skyline Drive, the Shendandoah Valley coming in to Autumn, wine trails, beaches, and of course Colonial Williamsburg and the Jamestown Settlement.
There’s also the world-class Mariner’s Museum in Newport News. It has a fantastic exhibit on the Civil War battle of the Monitor and the Merrimac, the ironclads.
The Nauticus in Norfolk has the battleship USS Wisconsin docked in the harbor for visitors to tour, along with the naval, maritime and marine biology exhibits in the museum itself.
As the tag says I was there on 9-12 and it was the most amazing event in my 61 years. I urge everyone to attend if possible, you will feel the power of the people.
And if any of you want to take advantage of the museums in the DC area, note that the Air & Space Museum’s Udvar-Hazy facility near Dulles far out-does the building downtown. Imagine un-interrupted floor space large enough to lose the the Concord, space shuttle, SR-71, and B-29 among the gajillion other planes that it houses.
I hope FOX news does a better job of covering this event and the Sept. 12 one this time than they did last year. I hope the numbers are even higher too!
Glenn Beck is promoting it. He WILL ensure there is footage for Fox.
It's the greatest example of off-site storage you'll ever see. Went there with my brother (visiting from CA) last August. Absolutely wonderful and many of the planes are displayed so you can view them from all sides.
Everyone should be on the lookout for trouble. The New Black Panther party has already said they'll be there. The left simply MUST turn this movement into something it's not.
They will try to goad us into action, and I for one, worry about some on our side reacting in the wrong way. We don't have to react to anything they do, in order to win.
Our best defense is not a gun, it's a digital movie camera.
If they have a drive through buffet for less than $200, I’m on it.
My 12 year old daughter and I will be on a bus from Tampa.
