Ethics panel to charge California Rep. Waters

WASHINGTON (AP) - A House investigative panel has decided to charge Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters of California with ethics violations, raising the possibility of a second high-profile political trial this fall. People familiar with the investigation, who were not authorized to be quoted about unannounced charges, say the allegations could be announced next week. The House ethics committee declined Friday to make any public statement on the matter.

Waters has been under investigation for a possible conflict of interest involving a bank that was seeking federal aid. Her husband owned stock in the bank.

"Kerosene Mean Maxine" Waters if really an incredible, yet horrific, archetypal symbol of "the angry black woman." She is, however, a very bitter, angry, and out of control woman who is sitting in Congress; with incredible power and privilege.

The presstitutes give her a pass on everything, but if her actions were examined, it would be discovered that so much that is ruining our nation at this exact moment has her DNA located at the crime scene.

The disgraceful left-wing career politician named Maxine Waters (D-CA) made quite a name for herself about a decade ago defending the Clinton-era policies that led to the mortgage meltdown. Put simply, she supported underwriting vast swaths of mortgage loans to anyone: the poor, the real estate-flippers, the scam-artists, the illegal immigrants. In other words, she believed that loaning money to those who had no ability or intent to pay it back was the responsibility of you, the taxpayer.

She has been the driving force that caused banks to loan to minorities that could not repay loans that they did not qualify for.

That affirmative action dictate has brought devastation and collapse to our entire country, and the world.

She openly encouraged and endorsed lawlessness, looting, and murder during the 1992 LA riots.

For that action alone, she should have been charged with crimes.

The Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington named Waters one of the 15 most corrupt members of Congress in their 2009 report. She was also included in their 2005 and 2006 reports.

She is the only member of Congress in modern history who has been so out of control, insulting, and viscous in their demeanor that the House Mace was threaded to be presented to restore order after her vebal assault on Rep Peter King on July 29th, 1994. She was insulting Peter King, and when her time expired and was ordered to suspend, but she continued her diatribe and slander. This went on. Finally, the Sgt at Arms went to the extreme measure of threatening to bring out the symbol, which is basically tantamount to being charged on the spot with contempt of the House of Representatives.

She is a bomb waiting to go off, and is not afraid to lie and use false accusations to blackmail other House members:

Confrontation with Dave Obey On June 25, 2009, Waters got into a fight on the House floor with fellow Democratic Congressman and Appropriations Committee Chairman Dave Obey of Wisconsin. After the House floor had largely cleared following a series of votes, Waters and Obey split apart from a heated conversation about an earmark requested by Waters for a public school employment training center in Los Angeles that was named after herself. Obey rejected the earmark as violating policies against so-called "monuments to me." Waters revised her request to go to the school district's whole adult employment training program, so the district could decide whether the money would go to the school named after herself. Nonetheless, Obey let it be known that the earmark would be denied. She approached him and complained, shouting, "You’re out of line!" while walking down toward the well in the House chambers. Obey shouted back, "You’re out of line!" before turning and walking away, but stopped, turned back toward Waters, and shouted, "I'm not going to approve that earmark!" He again turned away while Waters huddled with members of the Congressional Black Caucus and was overheard saying, "He touched me first." before being escorted into the cloakroom. Obey went to talk with House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer when Waters briefly returned again, telling her colleagues, "He touched me." before returning to the cloakroom. An aide to Waters said that Obey had pushed her while Obey's spokesperson, Ellis Brachman, placed the blame on Waters for escalating the situation.[38]

She should be immediately removed from the House. She has been out of control for decades. She surrounds herself with the "Minority Black Woman" badge and thinks rules, laws, and morality don't apply to her.

Maybe going after two prominent blacks is the plan to fuel the flames of racism before the summer ends. It sure seems Bambi's administration has been trying hard to cause/allow/encourage some real problems and tension in this country.

If there are not going to be screams of "racism," and resulting conflicts, then the ethics panel better soon charge someone of a different skin color with something. And we all know there are plenty of politicians hiding criminal actions in the closets in Washington. And plenty who we would like to see thrown out of office of both parties, of both/all races. D.C. is a cesspool where unethical practices have been the "norm" for many who need to pay the piper.

That would help black Democrat candidates in their gerrymandered districts win by wider margins, but it would work against most white Democrat candidates. I think this is just a stroke of bad luck for the Dems.
