According to an internal U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services memo going the rounds of Capitol Hill and obtained by National Review, the agency is considering ways in which it could enact meaningful immigration reform absent legislative action that is, without the consent of the American people through a vote in Congress.
This memorandum offers administrative relief options to . . . reduce the threat of removal for certain individuals present in the United States without authorization, it reads.
Also: In the absence of Comprehensive Immigration Reform, USCIS can extend benefits and/or protections to many individuals and groups by issuing new guidance and regulations, exercising discretion with regard to parole-in-place, deferred action and the issuance of Notices to Appear (NTA), and adopting significant process improvements.

In the immediate wake of the court decision blocking the Arizona immigration law yesterday, the memo is sure to create controversy in the sense that the administration is bent on preserving and extending the nations de facto amnesty.
WAR
Millions of Democrat voters can’t be allowed to slip away....
This is what I have been saying all along. This is how they plan to do it. Watch for the quota from Muslim countries to skyrocket, btw, and all visa overstayers to be granted legal residence.
These dirty rotten commie bastards are going to try amnesty by decree. The f*ckfaces are in for a fight.
They are going to force these invaders down our throats and make us accept the rapes, the burglaries and the murders.
The enemy is in the White House.
The AnnointedIdiot had better go ahead and proclaim a dictatorship before his arse gets trumped in November and 2012..... =.=

REVOLUTION!!! Yes I am ready, I might be old but I haven’t forgotten how to wage war.
* **** **** ******** ***** ***** **** ************.
meaningful=effective against Americans.
immigration=Illegal immigration of Mexicans only.
reform=to make something more unAmerican.
absent legislative action=unlawful dictatorial actions
We've been at war.
It's clear Obama is siding with the invading army.
Some dare to call it treason.
He wants to be Hugo Chavez
Can we NOW start the impeachment?
While it's true the government's (vis-a-vis the Executive branch) ability to refuse to enforce existing immigration statutes is virtually absolute, it's also equally true the Congress wholly and solely possesses the authority to either increase or decrease the numbers of visas issued, and the corresponding quotas for those issued visas.
It's one thing for this or any Administration to refuse to enforce the law. It's quite another for this Administration to grant more than the permitted number of visas. That would be actionable in court, and enforceable as well.
Lastly, it's difficult for this administration to do anything absent Congressional approval that will have lasting effect beyond the life-span of the administration. IOW, what was ignored during this administration with respect to enforcement and specifically deportation, may be vigorously pursued in the next administration.
So WHO in this dept wrote this attack on the Constitution in clear violation of the Legislative process. AND since Congress has to allocate Money for this process, is this just ANOTHER reason why Nan didn’t want a budget this year?
What I want to know is who wrote the memo. I wonder if it couldn’t be a former Kennedy staffer who worked for him on immigration issues and who was drafted into DHS by the Obamoids.
