"Well, Rush has a point."

In retrospect, there are going to be many, many things people who think they know all about Rush but in fact know only what they're fed by the Pravda/MSM will be saying "Well, Rush had a point."

Sadly, it may well be too late before enough of those still drinking at the Pravda well's eyes are opened.

It fits the msm narrative to suggest the oil leak wasn’t as serious as it might have been. Justifying O’s lack of response to the cleanup.

How could newsbusters report on this story? Do they have a canary?

Precisely.

Whatever tales the MSM tell themselves, nothing’s going to justify him closing down all deep-sea exploration.

Just explain to your liberal friends that that uncomfortable feeling in the back of their head is “logic” trying to claw its way to the surface.

Its just that the MSM is so consistently wrong, and they are so predictable in their knee-jerk reactions and political-spin, that even if one knows nothing of a case, taking the opposite opinion of the Lame-stream media is nearly always the correct position.

With about three months to go before Election Day, if the media can make it appear that this spill wasn't the environmental disaster they warned, maybe Democrat losses won't be so bad in November.

The ultimate environmental impact of the spill isn't what will stick to the Obama Administration. It was the disorganized and clueless lack of a coordinated response.

People are already atuned to the fact that the media hypes everything to the point of absurdity. Did you hear Chelsea Clinton's about to get married? Oprah's going!

There’s even been some mindless panic over the spill here in Michigan.

Justifying O’s lack of response to the cleanup.

But it makes O's off-shore drilling ban look pretty extreme.

Careful, this TIME-speak is really an Obama rescue and a Jundal bash.

The media hyped the spill, eagerly hoping that it would be a real disaster and lead to the nationalization of oil companies. Big disappointment. Much less damage than expected, and the public won’t buy any more confiscation of oil company’s assets.
Good try, but total failure.

And then the mysterious well head accident in the Gulf the other day. Not a word since then.

We are lied to every day on every aspect of this administration.

The big indicator to me; is that we have not been bombarded with endless pictures of dead birds and sea mammals.
Those pictures would have been run constantly if they existed.
But there are no doubt pockets of people who have had their businesses affected badly by this.

One of these pictures is a shot of what has been called the "Worst Oil Spill in US History". Hmmmm. Which one could it be?

Right. We will all just forget the $20 billion that was extorted from BP for a non-problem. We'll pretend that Obama didn't sit on his hands for almost two months on a perceived crisis. And we'll ignore Obama's refusal of foreign technology so that he could protect union labor. And loss of jobs due to illegal drilling prohibition. And loss of petroleum industry confidence to invest in future projects due to this administration's attitude.

All while he visited ice cream shops and golfed. Pure incompetence on display.

Wishful thinking, Time.
