The birther issue is the distraction. Obama is merely signing the legislation that his "ilk" are crafting and passing...and the Dem congress are born and bred US radical leftists. It's the liberal agenda that is the problem! Much of the legislation that was proposed has been sitting on the shelf for decades...long before Obama even thought about politics.

Conservative majorities are the goal...birtherism is an impediment to achieving it.

The "birther" issue is in fact the core issue. Zero's hidden birth record will show what country he was born in and who his parents are. Both of which are determining factors in his legal "Natural Born Citizen" status. Zero will never of his own volition release his birth record because he knows it is legal evidence of his violation of the constitution. To say this is a distraction is to say that the constitution is just another piece of paper.
