Judge Bolton,
Today was a sad day for the future of our country. It was a sad day for the people of Arizona, for citizens and those good people who came here legally, waited their turn, followed the rules, and have added to the rich fabric of our society.
Because of your decision today, those who should not be in our country will be breaking into houses. They will be mugging citizens. They will be selling drugs. They will raping women. They will be shooting and killing Americans.
After you have allowed the hands of law enforcement to be tied, what do you say to parents whose daughter was raped by an illegal alien? What do you say to the children of a mother or father murdered by an illegal alien? Ms. Bolton, you can't say anything. Your words will ring hollow and be meaningless. You could have chosen to be on the side of public safety, but your cowardice wouldn't allow you to do that. Bill Clinton, the man who nominated you, must be very proud today. You have sided with the Democrats who don't give a damn about this country. They care only about their own political power. In another era in this country, we would have called them and called you traitors.
You have done more damage than you can imagine, and I must ask you a serious question. What does it take for you to get it? What if the sanctity of your home was violated by illegal aliens? What if your daughter was raped by illegal aliens. What if your husband was murdered by illegal aliens? I hope you never have to personally suffer what so many Americans and legal residents have suffered at the hands of illegal aliens. But if tragedy hit home, would you then finally get it?
July 28, 2010 is a day of infamy to which your name will forever be attached. Your cowardice will forever be known. History will not remember you kindly.

I am sick and tired of this judicial tyranny and it is time we marched on these judges homes.
We can all show up at her house without any identification, since Arizona is now prohibited from requiring people to prove they are in the country legally or to show their papers.

I would probably move there. Actually at this point I think that all the Red States need to secede from the Union. We can adopt the Constitution as our founding document. The Current United States does not recognize that document any longer. The compact has been broken. We are no longer "The United States" we are now "The Central Government". All power emanates from Washington down to the states rather than from the states to Washington. Washington does not recognize any limitations on its power over the people. At this time I think the only way to save the country is for states to begin to secede.
Please don’t do this. Until someone actually studies the injunction, and we have a clear understanding of ALL of it.
Based on fragmentary news reports, (which could very well be wrong) Nothing has been “struck down.” Arizona is enjoined against SOME of the provisions of SB1070, by no means all of it. Those can be worked around, and the law can still have its desired effect.
I may be wrong, but we need to base our reactions to what the injunction says.
