Last Federal Deficit Bush and a GOP Congress $160 billion

1st Federal deficit Obama and a Democrat Congress $1.6 TRILLION

It is “oh it is all hopeless what ever we do” crybabies like you that have created this mess. You are so busy crying you never have time to do anything else. Time for you all to quit your knee jerk crying, get off your ass and fight.

It sure as hell does matter, a lot, what happens in November.

The ruling came back rather quick & long, 36 pages. Was perhaps this ruling pre-written by one of those Law Mills that writes bills for Congress? Did the Judge just sign what presented to her by the US Attorney General?

If I'm reading this correctly, it's just a temporary injunction until the court can finish hearing the case,

Correct.

Now, think about this rationally. First, she DID NOT buy the argument of pre-emption. She only granted the injunction against certain provisions that seem to go right up to the line [or just over] that federal law peovides.

Second, this is a preliminary injunction - pending a full hearing. I have not read the ruling - but I have not seen where she has stated that the parts of the law covered in the injunction are unconstitutional. They are [at least] delayed as of now.

Third, this is going all the way to SCOTUS [either way] and it will have the final say. It is just Round One - being pretty much of a draw. Pre-emption NOT upheld, portions of the law "suspended" [at least for now].

Fourth, this is a HUGE election issue. DEM candidates in the Nov. election should be scared [considering 70% approval of the AZ law as is]. People will remember this and vote their emotions. I would not be surprised to see an all GOP congerssional delegation from AZ after November. Other states with immigration issues will be similarly affected.

You may be right, however, I heard PJ saying that. Shannon answered “but it’s up to them to ask about immigration status.

They’re all lawyers.

I believe McCain voted for this Bolton judge. If true, then JD had better get a campaign ad running on this soon.

Arizona should just enforce the law and give the Feds the middle finger.

YOU BETCHA! What are the Feds gonna do...take it to the Supreme Court?

It's called "gettin' right down to the real nitty gritty."

Can we all agree we are entering a non-political phase of the republic and are moving towards alternative means. I.E. the last “box”? Anyone who thinks listening to Beck or Rush is DOING something about the tyranny we are under needs a Constitutional enema. Talk radio and FNC are salves only, time to rip the band-aid off! Oh, we’re gonna here plenty of good TALK TALK TALK TALK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Old Hickory Option you mentioned was discussed on Rush. I noticed that Rush was not wholeheartedly a ‘law and order guy’ on the side of Obama Chaos ‘law’. This is is getting close to a breaking point.

Arizona should enforce the law and tell the Feds too bad. Brewer should televise a call for help - Enough is enough. Brewer could force the events that need to happen that will determine whether we will ever be a free country again.

The reality is the judge is an activist idiot of the left, ruling on what the media protrayed rather than what the law said. Typical idiocy of the left now running this nation through the sewer euphemistically known as the democratic party.

I’m just glad that I’m 52 and not 22. I won’t have to live for 50+ years under Left-wing tyrants and despots.

Under Obamacare, even most 22-year-olds won't live another 50+ years.

Oh, there would be PLENTY of resources to arrest, kill, and prosecute vigilantes. You wouldnt BELIEVE how many resources they would have for that. Literally THOUSANDS, more likely TENS OF THOUSANDS, of agents from BATFE, FBI, and God knows how many other alphabet government agencies.

They just don't have enough resources to deal with illegal immigration...

“Electing Republicans will undo absolutely none of the damage the Democrats have done. NONE.”

That’s because in many places, such as my district, primary turnout is around 9%. People are too apathetic about who their candidate should be.
