This whole electric car thing is out of control.
I was traveling on I-64 West toward Richmond from Newport News and stopped at a Rest Area. This State-run rest stop had free chargers for electric vehicles!
That means our taxes will now pay for everybody to charge up their car. I thought we would have to pay for a charge like stopping at a gas station.

I wouldn't be surprised if extra gas taxes are imposed to subsidize electric vehicle recharging. Heck, our gas taxes go to silly mass transit trains, so why not?
