First Lady Michelle Obama to Travel to Spain in August

The First Lady will travel to Spain next week for a private, mother-daughter trip with longtime family friends. President Obama will not be joining this trip.

While in Spain, Mrs. Obama will pay an official visit to Their Majesties King Juan Carlos and Queen Sophia of Spain at their invitation.

All activities are closed press.

The press is so enamored with the Obamas still that they follow each move like entertainment news shows.

I think the handlers are beginning to understand the negative impact of all the vacation publicity. They may not be able to restrain the First Party Couple, but they can try to minimize the negative impact in the news cycle.

Hell no..........that’s the only reason she wanted in the White House. When you look at her and then look at Mrs. Bush, what has she done while in the White House compared to Mrs. Bush? Not much.
