Amen!
Why not call it the “One Less Cracker” group?
I’m the link. I was there, and I’ll tell you his name privately. To his credit, I wrote him a letter about it and he responded and said he had never really thought about the effect of his words, simply because he wasn’t used to having Hispanics in the audience. (I happened to be sitting near these women and I had been talking to them before the speech began, and they were committed conservatives - well, probably until his attack).
Like it or not, you’re going to have to overcome your hatred and realize that it is necessary to build alliances if we are going to have any impact on elections.

Ya see, some of us are not surprised by this at all.
Some of us knew damn well that the wealthy Bush dynasty would one day fund and support the Nephew on a run for the Presidency. George P. Bush is all about Mexicans and Mexico, and he knows he will get their support...
Exhibit A: "The Hispanic Republicans of Texas"
The fix is in.
Can I see a link?
Im the link. I was there
You have no link for a politician, which during a fund raising meeting got so vile and racist, the Hispanic women in the audience were leaving in tears?
Yet you have no news link for this?

Ahhh colorblind America, ain't it great?
Of course the only thing blind about America are stupid whites who insist that race doesn't matter as it is crammed up thier a** and used to disenfranchise them.

Why should there be a news link? This was a local event at which I was present (and they rarely cover GOP events anyway around here). If you want to call me a liar, go ahead, but I’m not lying.
Why is it so hard for you to admit that hating people because of their ethnicity is not only wrong but short-sighted?
Hispanics are not a different race...they are people from Latin America, mostly European in background (including Italian and German), and some with a mixture of Indian and/or black...who come from a place where Spanish or Portuguese are the predominant languages. That’s not a race.
Furthermore, most of them are Christians, no more practicing that most Americans, alas, but we’re much more on the same wave-length with them than people like the Muslims that Obama wants to bring in from Africa and the Middle East.

You're joking? Opponents use this against their rivals all the time. Information like that is worth substantial money.
You don't know this?
Question:
What was so racist and vile that it made the Hispanic women in the audience leave the meeting in tears?
Gettign CONSERVATIVE Hispanics elected as GOP office holders (like Marco Rubio) is CRITICALLY important.
But ANY Bush can go to hell in my book - they are NOT conservatives but globalist RINOs and are responsible for Barrack Hussein sitting tin the White House.
I don't believe Rubio even resides in Texas.
Tell me, does Rubio support the, "The Hispanic Republicans of Texas?, led by George P. Bush?
If it is all about being conservative then why does it matter if Hispanics are represented? Race/ethnicty doesn’t matter right? Only ideology, right?
Lovely, just what we need — more identity politics.
Why is it so critically important?
You seem to be suggesting that the Hispanics in Florida will only support a Mexican or Hispanic for office. Is this what you're implying?
... I think its extremely important to make it clear that not everybody in the GOP hates Hispanics.
***
I don’t know of anyonbe in the GOP who hates hispanics. Perhaps you need to choose a better set of friends.
I don’t vote for people based on any criteria except those related to the convictions they demonstrate; their sex, religion, national origin, or race have no impact whatsoever on my decision.
What? We should now embrace identity politics like the Rats? No, thanks.
Like it or not, youre going to have to overcome your hatred....

Hello! Hey, dragnet, this person accused you of “hatred”. I see no proof of hatred in your posts to this thread. Did I miss something?
Though I despise dividing people by race, the fact is that we need to broaden our base, and if we have to reach out to a closely-knit group of people, then that's what we should do.
Broadening our base does not mean diluting conservatism; it means reaching out to those who agree with us on the issues but aren't yet on board with us politically.
We need to educate our natural allies and help them understand that conservatism works and socialism is a failure.
George P. Bush is perfect for this. He is an extremely talented speaker and a born leader.
Of course....When all else fails, attack with allegations of racism and hate...They have nothing else left.
It's a well worn tool of leftist and real racist. That tool is nearly worn out, I might add.
I've heard this before, and have heard the same regarding blacks. The fact is, there is nothing particularly naturally conservative about either group.
This is a meme that conservatives seem to like to tell themselves over and over. I have no idea why.
Of course you are.....lol
What's his name and what did he say? I see no reason to keep it private.
