There is a certain frustration in hearing some of the officials who act as spokesmen for the management team handling the spill from the Deepwater well in the Gulf of Mexico. Their evaluation of the situation is bound around a full collection and compilation of the existing evidence, a comprehensive and contemplative understanding through a scientific explanation of the causes of whatever anomalies and other behavior that is not following the model anticipated, and subsequently then working out the best steps forward and determining the potential benefits relative to alternative approaches.

Possible Early Signs of Sea Floor Breaching at the Macondo Well Site
Wednesday morning 7/21/2010 (Oly1 4:50 AM PST) - (1 Week from Shut In) Long funnel plume found. Rising from sea floor and bending in water current. Possible source was 4 white smokers coming from floor.
Wednesday evening 7/21/2010 (Boa DeepC2 3:45 PM PST)(Oly2 3:47 PM PST) - Starting to notice up and down current movement. Has not been seen much prior to this. Kinda rare at this depth. Possible gray smokers seen on some . Difficult to notice due to very turbid water.
Wednesday evening 7/21/2010 (Oly1 4:00 PM PST) - Seeing more smokers, but not rising as much as first smokers. Acting as if heavier sediments are pluming upward and staying close to floor.
Wednesday evening 7/21/2010 (Oly2 11:30 PM PST) - See a small plume with a back top cap. Appears to be sediments and oil pluming up. Sediments fall and oil rises. Basically a sediment and oil physical separation process.
Thursday morning 7/22/2010 (Oly1 12:20 AM PST) - Observe two holes with heavy plumes or smoke rolling below them apparently toward the downward slope.
Thursday morning 7/22/2010 (Oly2 3:15 AM PST) - See what appear to be Dirty Methane Hydrate Ice Balls lifting from the sediments and traveling upward in distinct common vectors. They leave what appears to be a vapor trail and that gives them a rocket-like appearance . These are believed to be medium sized.
Thursday morning 7/22/2010 (Oly2 5:45 AM PST) - Begin to realize that smaller Methane Hydrate Ice Balls could be traveling more horizontal and following the water current. These also leave trails and can just disintegrate or dissolve.
Thursday afternoon 7/22/2010 (Oly2 3:30 PM PST) - Saw a small black smoker. There were also methane hydrate ice balls being ejected up and over the smoker. First time we saw them traveling up, laterally away and then back down to the sea bed.
Note - It is entirely possible that some of these observations are normal natural processes that occur in the area. To verify this we need to be able to have access to the high res video archives. Then we could compare the sea floor activity prior to Shut In and after Shut In.

Explains what I was seeing today.
If I had to pick a single group who has done more to advance the Us toward being a shining trophy above the mantel of anything which could be called The New World Order (AKA GLobal Socialism), the CFR is it. The Communist Party is at least recognized as an enemy and gete routing resistance from part of the population, but the CFR has had it's tendrils in every presidency since Kennedy, with the result that we have pulled punches at the wrong time, made some critical policy errors, and have become progressively closer to being consumed by Global Socialism.
As a CFR member, what little axe might Simmons have to grind?
The continuation of the US as an energy dependent entity?
Further debilitation of the US under Obama?
Enquiring minds want to know, but I'd bet he is up to no good, and the fact he is spewing it on MSNBC does nothing to give me any faith in his credibility.
BP lowers cap on to leaking Gulf of Mexico oil well
Watch from 45 seconds to 1 minute. You will see some clathrate chunks moving around earlier in the video. They are present in high concentrations because this was a full blowout then and they were being ejected from the gusher. From the 45 sec to 1 minute mark the Clathrate chunks show up very intense as they attempt to cap the gusher. You see the same thing we saw yesterday. Clathrate chunks flying up and away and down from the ejection point as they flew out of the flow due to the capping attempt.
Now what is the makeup of the clathrate ? How might it behave as it travels through water ? The video below is made by an amateur, but it answers those two questions. This guy is proposing that BP use the clathrate formations to plug the BOP.

So that is what we are seeing flowing through the current, being ejected from the ground near smokers/plumers and now traveling and striking into the BOP Stack assembly. And the density of these clathrate chunks as well as the turbidity of the water are increasing every day now.
