No, actually, it’s my first of 6 consecutive days off!

Now I get to work on the house/yard/garden/new motorbike/bus/4X4, etc.

I’ll be glad to get back to work and get some rest (BG).

You Are a Blueberry Cheesecake
You are a unique and quirky person... the type of person who's suited for purple foods.
You are bouncy and hyperactive. You're always excited by something!

People may be surprised to know how deep you are too. You are brave and willing to face your fears.
You are also quite emotive and expressive. You're not afraid to show how different you are.

I love all kinds of cheesecake-this one looked good to me tonight!

You Are a Cherry Cheesecake
You are a genuine person and a true friend. You are very attentive and a good listener.
At times, you can be a bit formal and polite. You don't want to step on any toes.

You are also very logical and rational. You give good advice, and you are good at moderating arguments.
You are a very harmonious person. You have a lot of joy in your life, and you spread it around in subtle ways.

Hi, Mac...*HUGS*...it’s trying to rain, which is ok. BUSY day, and homework looms, but a bit of playtime before heading to the hospital for a quick visit.

You are definitely one of a kind, FRiend!
I took the test too, although I had a hard time deciding what to pick.

You Are a Caramel Cheesecake
You are a completely decadent person, and you’re always willing to treat yourself to something delicious.
You don’t hold back in life. You don’t believe in moderation, and if anything, you’re likely to over do things a bit.

You are very sweet, almost overwhelmingly so. You are also quite assertive... but only in the most charming way.
You are grandiose and dramatic. You live large, and people notice you right away.

Lime or strawberry would have been my next best picks.
Too bad I can’t eat cheesecake anymore. Darn dairy allergies. They taste so darn good too.

That sounds like me, except I like very large cal. like 155mm or so!

Well, in the Army field Artillery, I did 105mm, 155mm, 175mm, (before we went to 8 inch in '78), and 8 inch.

175 mm was my fav, as it could send a nuclear round about 26 miles, with accuracy to 10 meters.

Close only need count in horseshoes and nuclear weapons!..:=)

Happy Tuesday

THIS MAN, would have probably benefited from VBS as a Child.
I never had the pleasure. However, I did work in a Religious Bookstore and got to see all the Curricula for VBS about 30 Years ago, At the time, I liked David C. Cook's Materials the best.
Thanks for the great portrait of Ronaldo Maximus!

Evidently, They do not have VBS in Serbia.
Either that, or this guy is a Muslim and has fallen on hard times, since he only can afford TWO wives.

REST IN PEACE, FALLEN BROTHER!

Sgt. Justin B. Allen, USA, 1st Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, KIA Afghanistan 18JUL2010

I have fought a good fight,
I have finished my course,
I have kept the faith.
2 Timothy 4:7 (KJV)

God Of Our Fathers

Rest in Peace, fallen brother, rest in peace!
We who remain hold you in high honor.
Rest, fallen brother, in this sacred precinct;
We who remain keep this place sacred.
Rest, fallen brother, among these, your comrades;
We who remain keep the watch.
Rest, fallen brother, among these who answered the Nation’s call;
We who remain press the fight forward in your name.
Rest, fallen brother, lay down thy burden;
We who remain have taken up the torch.
Rest in Peace, fallen brother, rest in eternal peace!

Aloha again!

I was away for a bit having a short discussion about the 60s and 70s with a bona fide Quaker lady from the mainland. Actually it all went well and we both came out unscathed.

It was sunny and bright when I went out and cloudy and rainy when I returned.....such is Hilo.

That shakin' is par for the course when it comes to seismic events. Are you feeling it where you are?
