Erik Scott ran with the bulls in Pamplona and jumped out of airplanes while training to be a paratrooper.
A West Point graduate who commanded battle tanks, everything he did in life he did with zeal.
"He reached for the stars and always wanted that new challenge," said his mother, Linda Scott, one week to the day after he was shot and killed by Las Vegas police officers.

I’ve met more good cops than bad ones, but the continued cover up indicates that there is probably a lot wrong with the official story.

The reports I saw had witnesses saying that a cop with his gun drawn tapped him (the deceased) on the shoulder, he turned around, raised his arms and was gunned down by three cops that kept on shooting him after he was down. How would you “deal” with a situation like that?

Gator what concerns me about this whole thing at this stage is I saw a post here (at FR) where someone wrote that authorities are now concerned that the video is somehow damaged and may not be able to be viewed.
Again not sure if that is accurate information but if it is, that will taking this to another level.

He somehow failed to learn along the way how to deal with cops. Ever have a bad day, everthing going wrong? Easy to make a mistake, make the wrong gestures out of anger. I have mouthed off at cops and made rude gestures at them in the past, out of anger. We had bad cops in the past. Thing is, they just beat or harassed you. Now they shoot to kill at the slightest perceived slight.

It is interesting they haven’t released the video. Usually they do it shortly after if it is obvious it was the perp who was at fault for causing the cops to shoot.
