What is a “black expo”?
Have we ever had any shootings at the “White Expo’s”? Awwwww shucks, I forgot, we ain’t allowed to have a “White” expo. Dam

It is the extremists at Tea Party events openly carrying firearms that we really need to worry about.
It seems that one of our constituent "cultures" is particularly prone to violence. Might that culture also be more prone to ignorance, corruption and crime?

Police say eight people were wounded in a burst of gunfire in downtown Indianapolis during the Indiana Black Expo and two more in separate shootings that followed.

Funny how my reading of the article seemed to make no mention of the description of the shooter(s). Guaranteed that if it was a white perp we’d know a LOT more details and have a ton of quotes from attendees.

Can’t be white people doing this, they don’t let them into Black Expos. Dirty little secret is over 90% of violence towards blacks is from other blacks.
Media only mentions the white on black. They will do a blurb with black on black because often it’s bad enough if they don’t they look like journalistic idiots. Almost never hear about the black on white attacks which are far more prevalent than white on black.
Do they have Green Expos for LGMs?
Black Expo is where 40,000 to 50,000 blacks get together for a week in Indianapolis and rule the downtown. They don’t buy anything from the local establishments unless they are owned by blacks. It is a week long money losing deal for virtually all other businesses.
The Indianapolis Mayor and Police are trying to keep a lid on things in Indy because the Super Bowl will be held there in 2012. Guaranteed it won’t be pretty.
Indianapolis is suffering from all the urban culture. I live about 50 miles south and refuse to go to that hellhole.
This kinda gives the event a black eye, so to speak.
That is how they become stereotypes.
