A sign? Shaking the foundations...
Psalm 11:3
“If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?”
We’re in Fallsgrove in Rockville. Apparently quite close to the epicenter.
The loud rumble woke me up- sounded like Rolling Thunder- then the shaking started a tic later. The seat of the pants sensation was that the ‘shaking’ was evenly spaced but the intensity increased, peaked, then tapered off.
Lasted about 10 seconds.
Since it was non-destructive, it was kinda cool.
yep.

Foreshock for a big one?
Good one, lol
Any of you ladies feel it?
“As long as God sends some angels to warn the good people to get out first!”
Ain’t nowhere to run. How many warnings does it take? This world belongs to Creation and its Creator, and if we are meant to stay here, we will. If not, then the Creator has other plans for us. I accept that to the core of my being.
Lot and his family got a courtesy call- hope we would get the same!
This WAS a courtesy call. And it isn’t the first one either.
My thoughts exactly.
Now, THAT was Truth to Power!~!~
You're right! I'm in Alexandria - by the time I processed WTF that was, it was over. And I only figured it out because we had one around 2003 and I didn't know what it was until I heard about it on the local news.
“Aint nowhere to run.”
Flee to the mountains.
It's an optical illusion. They are just so big, they seem slow.
Their stall speed must be absurdly slow.
</sarc>
I was traveling, and nowhere near there.
Yeah, I remember that crash.
As a conservative New Yorker, I vote no on that one
...epi-center at undeveloped area.
Where's my tinfoil hat???
