Thanks, wouldn’t surprise me.. I would assume only the finest chinese steel was used drilling but .. from an integrity standpoint, ya never know until it fails that it was bad.. could be pushing the envelope of luck a bit..

so it is a well drilled in vain.. a loss for now.. but the oil is still there and the loss may be recoverable,, shame all those jobs lost in the meantime while politcos posture.. and an economy takes it in the uhhhh..

What the heck is Boa Deep C2 showing ?

It runs the risk of blowing out between the new cap and the seafloor. It may be OK, but it may not.

I saw tests up to 3000 today, think the original wireline before the blowout was 11,900. Why gamble with the unknown when the RW is right there?

I see that Boa C ROV2 has been sitting on the bottom some distance from the well not moving and there's been a lot of billows of "stuff" passing in view for some time now. I also notice the SKANDI ROV2's whole image has gotten pretty murky in the last hour or so. Any speculation?

You were not looking at the well pressure. You were looking at the hydralics pressure guages.

We could have problems. Skandi 2 getting very murky. Clouds and oil goblets drifting past Boa Deep C2 and Boa Deep C1. The floor may be leaking somewhere. Hopefully just a natural process.....but the timing is suspect.

Hopefully. Boa Deep C2 has been clear for about 5 minutes. Comes and goes there. Boa Deep C1 was bad a while ago, but just hazy now. It comes ang goes there too. Probably related to water currents. The main eye popper is how Hazy and Murky Skandi 2 shows the BOP/Mini-BOP. Q4000 1 and 2 have shown no problems.

Got to run some errands.
