It runs the risk of blowing out between the new cap and the seafloor. It may be OK, but it may not.

I saw tests up to 3000 today, think the original wireline before the blowout was 11,900. Why gamble with the unknown when the RW is right there?

You were not looking at the well pressure. You were looking at the hydralics pressure guages.
