LOS ANGELES The woman who was the teenage victim in the Roman Polanski sex case says he is not a threat to anyone and charges should be dismissed.
Samantha Geimer, who long ago identified herself, told the Los Angeles Times in a story posted Tuesday that the case should have been resolved 33 years ago when it happened.

The woman who was the teenage victim in the Roman Polanski sex case says he is not a threat to anyone... She bases this opinion on what? History would show it false.

Unfortuantely for you, Samantha Geimer, you do NOT make the laws. Like others we OBEY our laws and that includes the liberal worm that raped you even if you FEEL that he should escape justice. It’s not about FEELINGS, Samantha Geimer.

I bet she’s been intimidated in one way or another by the Hollywood machine.

Justice in this case is not up to the victim. Since scumbucket Polanski fled American justice, then he still has a debt owed (and it’s garnering a hell of an interest charge) to American justice.

If he loads up on Viagra or another drug like that, he'd be just as much a threat as he was when he was young. He lacks SELF CONTROL and needs to be punished for violating someone else - even if you FEEL he shouldn't be, Samantha Geimer.

Goodness she’s stupid. It’s not about the future.
To: Justaham
I sympathize with her in that it brings up a hideous past and I’m sure she’d like to forget all about it.
However, child rapists can not just be passed over and forgotten.
She needs to acknowledge that.

She was barred from talking about her civil suit settlement with the director but said it didn’t influence her views. “I’ve felt this way from the beginning.”
BTW, how MUCH money did she get?

The case WAS resolved. This ain’t about the rape anymore and the victim has no say so.
It’s the fact that he fled that he is to be punished for.

Well, yes, it should have, but the scum fled the US. Until he surrenders or dies, the case will remain open and unresolved.

As she was 13 at the time, it's statutory rape, so she's not the complainant.

She was PAID OFF so in her littel mind, justice was served.
By LAW, he must face his punishment.
Money should NOT buy punishment by law.

This isn’t about the victim, it’s about the law, a process.
