Americans Unsure About "Progressive" Political Label

Gallup polling reveals widespread public uncertainty about the "progressive" political label -- a label recently embraced by no less than Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan.

While Kagan described her political views as "generally progressive" during her Senate confirmation hearings, fewer than half of Americans can say whether "progressive" does (12%) or does not (31%) describe their own views. The majority (54%) are unsure.

Its not enough to vote out the marxists in swing districts and regain the majority, that will be the easy part.

It needs to be coupled with the destruction of the communist "Congressional Progressive Caucus" as an above ground legitimate organization.

Its members and supporters need to be exposed as reds, prosecuted and imprisoned where evidence of criminality is uncovered, and the organization itself driven back underground like in the 50's when the marxists met in secret to plot the communist revolution, not changed their names to "Progressives" and did it in our faces.

The average American probably thinks ‘Progressive’ is a company that employs a quirky painted chick named ‘Flo’ to sell them insurance in a sterile online store.

The general public is too enamored with Lebron James and Tiger Woods at the moment to even care to delve past the political superficiality that makes them do stupid things like, say, elect Barack Obama for president.
