There are more civilians killed by cops every year than cops that are killed by civilians. That alone should tell you who the real dangers to society are.

And yes, it is a scenario that CC permit holders should fear.

Does your definition of "civilian" include criminals who are not part of the military or any other government employement? I'm curious because for the most part non-criminal civilians don't kill cops at all so the statement would seem axiomatic.
