What we're saying is that they cannot pass laws that are inconsistent with the federal laws, or do things that contravene federal policy when it comes to the enforcement of our immigration laws," Holder said.Arizona enforces.
The FedGuv doesn't.
That;s the inconsistency.

He doesn’t need to read the law!
” or do things that contravene federal policy”
The “federal policy” is to ignore the federal law, therefore,,,,,,,,,,

Worthless interview. No follow up questions explaining HOW it is inconsistent, precisely. Just a bunch of Big Fat Claims with no supporting evidence.
It is a worthless interview, as is Holder himself.

Of course Bob Schiester gave plenty of time for the opposing view, being an objective destorer and all.

"And the Arizona statute, if you look at the guts of it, really puts in place a whole variety of things that are inconsistent with what we have decided to do as a federal government." Well, he can't tell you the part where what "we" have decided to do as a federal government is nothing, as a means of protecting Mexico's elite families and their considerable assets against the threat of a Communist revolution. And he really can't tell you that the Democrats are just maintaining GHWB-era policy on immigration, due to all the cash from those elites, the cartels, and others flowing into US political coffers to maintain the status quo.
Viewed in that light, the Arizona law is rather gauche - it's stepping on an agreement made long ago by Arizona's betters in places like Hyannisport and Kennebunkport...and just who do these redneck cowboys think they are? :)

He’s an idiot and proving more and more everyday that he’s where he is because of QUOTAS and diversity.
In the real world, I don’t think this clown could hold down a real job.

The Obama Administration and Justice Department aren’t having very good luck with their lawsuits. There is a reason for that: They lie to the public and the courts know the truth from the lies.

The only difference is that the DemoCriminals refuse to obey or enforce the Laws of the Land. They are criminals and won’t ruin each others criminal acts.

holder is fighting for democrat voters(illegals) instead of protecting US citizens and enforcing the laws of the land.

I say have at it. Let’s test the law in courts. Then we’ll see who is right and who is wrong.
This is pure unadulterated BS politics.

Thing is, Mr. Holder, you don’t decide what is law you administer WRITTEN law.

"What we're saying is that they cannot pass laws that are inconsistent with the federal laws, or do things that contravene federal policy when it comes to the enforcement of our immigration laws," Holder said. "And the Arizona statute, if you look at the guts of it, really puts in place a whole variety of things that are inconsistent with what we have decided to do as a federal government."
That sums it up quite nicely - the FEDs, notwithstanding their oath to uphold the laws of the nation, ARE NOT ABOUT TO ENFORCE THE IMMIGRATION LAWS OR SECURE THE BORDER - all this just a few years after we were attacked.
CAN ANYONE SAY TREASON?
