Deep in your heart you knew there are tax-payer’s money wasted somewhere in the whole Russian spy drama. Why did the Obama administration and the Russian government wanted to get rid of them so fast? We may never know.

However we can prove that USAID funded the agro- and eco-tourism project in 2004 run by the company 4Vlast for which Anya Chapman and Vasily Kushchenko worked at the time.

As you know from the previous research Chapman was the London contact person for the 4Vlast firm, Kushchenko was running their tourism firm and worked for the 4 Vlast Mrs. World pageant brand.

There is an article that cannot be accessed any longer. The title is: Countryside tourism: The Americans are paying for the agro-tourism in Russia. There is a mention of the Soros’s fund ‘Small towns’ Curious, isn’t it? Why do Americans pay for agro-tourism in Russia? The whole web-site is down. Domain however belongs to the same 4 Vlast company where Chapman and Kushchenko worked at the time.

Ironically the project left traces in the Internet. There is an on-line CV for a person named Sergei Isakov who claims he was working for 4 Vlast company and selotour. ru in 2004 while being an expert on the project named “Help for local government for encouraging agro- and eco-tourism as strategic direction of development of the small and middle size towns in Russia”.

Isakov goes on to say that the project was financed by Eurasia Foundation and The US Agency for International development (USAID).

USAID and Department of State are listed as donors for the Eurasia Foundation, so is the Soros’s Open Society Institute Assistance Foundation.

It stinks. I posted 5 articles on Chapman/Kushchenko firm - don’t count on the MSM media to tell you about it. 4vlast works with major European and American media.

They work with the US government, Russian government, Soros, UN and everybody who has access to tax-payer money.

Sweet!

We are infested because communists like our current democrats only open business if the plan is covered with tax-payer money. They don’t know how to do other kind of business that requires private capital.
Why bother when there is USAID?

Speaking of Sergei Isakov- he appears in the Iraq oil for food / oil vouchers scandal with Bayoil :

Zhirinovsky and his Russian Liberal Democrat Party were awarded the rights to sell 75.8 million barrels of Iraqi crude oil from June 1997 to December 2002, the report said. Those contracts could have netted Zhirinovsky and his party $8.679 million in profits, it added.

The panel estimated nearly $3 million was paid to the Russian Presidential Council, either through Voloshin or his confident Sergei Isakov. At the same time the transactions resulted in $5.6 million in kickbacks to Saddam’s government...

David Bay Chalmers Jr. (born 8 September 1953)[1] was an owner of the oil refining company, Bayoil U.S.A. Inc, which operates out of Houston, Texas and a subsidiary, Bayoil Supply and Trading Ltd. in the Bahamas. The company was heavily involved in oil trading throughout the 1990s and early 2000s with the Iraqi government. In the 2004 Oil-for-Food Program Hearings, Bayoil was among the corporations investigated by the committee,[2] and its executive David Chalmers was convicted of conspiracy to commit wire fraud.[3] Chalmers was sentenced to two years in prison.[4]

Chalmers’ great-uncle, Charles Ulrick Bay (1888–1955),[5] founded Bay Petroleum[6] in 1937,[7] later become a high-ranking intelligence official in the Office of Strategic Services, and later an ambassador to Norway.[1] Chalmers’ father, David Bay Chalmers Sr., became a well-known oil trader through the creation of Coral Petroleum (which filed for bankruptcy protection in 1983).[1] Ben R. Pollner, who went on to found Taurus Petroleum, was one of his employees.[8]

Russian oil giant Gazprom and Lukoil Asia Pacific are also named. The report alleges that the head of Russia’s liberal party, Vladimir Zhirinovsky, received millions of barrels of oil that he could sell at a profit. Another prominent Russian included in the report is Alexander Voloshin, a former chief of staff to Russia’s president.

John Houghtaling II, a co-founder, is the CEO.[7]

James Glickenhaus and J. M. “Jim” Collingsworth serve on the Board of Directors.[8]

From April 2014 to January 2015 Haley Barbour’s BGR Group received $220,000 and lobbied through Ed Rogers, Walker Roberts, Lauren Monroe and Erskine Wells for American Ethane, but were replaced in October 2017 with Lindsay Sander from Austin Texas-based Sander Resources and Kyle Ruckert from Louisiana-based Bold Strategies.[15][16][17]

https://molfar.com/en/blog/catalog-of-russian-pmcs

In this article, we investigated 37 Russian PMCs, established information about these companies, researched their sources of funding and type of subordination. The main conclusion of the investigation is that all Russian private military companies are linked to the Kremlin. Each of the investigated PMCs poses a direct threat to Ukraine's national security. . .

Probably among the 37 found PMCs:

16% (6) are/were financed by businessmen, including well-known ones such as Yevgeny Prigozhin, Gennady Timchenko, Oleg Deripaska, and Sergey Isakov. . .
