I think Palin would be a brilliant choice to succeed Steele. She’s already doing the job...but if I were her I wouldn’t take it. Why be tied to the GOP establishmnet and submit to a bunch of career political hacks? But if anyone could shake the RNC up it would be her.

The Republican party needs another chair who won’t oppose McAmnesty like it needs a slew of .50 cal holes stitching its body from head to toe.

“And, reports CBS News Senior White House Correspondent Bill Plante, there’s talk in GOP circles that Sarah Palin should replace him.”
WOW! Wonder IF anybody has asked Sarah her opinion?

The choice to replace Steele is a pivotal one for the RNC I believe. It will show whether they have gotten the Tea party/anti-RINO message or not.
If they keep Steele it is business as usual - lukewarm conservatism at best.
If they replaced him with Palin it would be a reason to be excited and hopeful.

Watch carefully how the MSM is pushing their own agenda.
Matthews makes some comment about Sarah’s POTUS candidacy - with a warning that the MSM (intends) to destroy her.
Plante is ginning up Sarah’s heading the RNC to get her out of a POTUS run.
Confuse and destroy has already begun.

Rush made a point I have been making for months.
Instead of attacking Steele why aren’t the repubs attacking Kagan.
Seems we all spend more time bashing our side than bashing the evildoers on the left.

Pffffftt. Won't happen; Sarah's simply too intelligent to be caught by such an obvious (and poorly baited) trap, hastily dug and inadequately camouflaged by the "OOOOOoooh Mitt Romney is sooooo
DREEEEAAAAMY" 'Rat Lite wing of the party, crafted solely to remove her from the upcoming primaries.

She’s got bigger fish to fry than the BoRNC.

Liberals in the media pushed John McCain throughout the Republican primaries in 2008. They did it because they thought his selection would weaken the folks who oppose Leftwing politics. He was a bad choice, which made him a "good choice".
Liberals in the media currently push Mitt Romney -- for the same reason: he's not likely to win a national race.
Now the Liberals in the media want Palin to be RNC chair. Why? Well, it gets her out of the way. It associates her with country club Republicans. It makes her "all about the money". It makes her a bureaucrat, not a leader. In short, Palin as RNC chair takes our strongest weapon and weakens her. That's why she's seen as a "good choice".

Whatever kind of tone-deaf, loose-cannon-with-no-ammunition Michael Steele has been since the beginning of his tenure, for Sarah Palin to step into that office would amount to a huge demotion for her. Steele should stay, and help bring the RNC to the necessary End Of Phase One of its existence : once the Party is able to regain a majority in November,it will think more seriously about appointing a chair that actually means something.

Which is exactly why she SHOULD be offered and accept the position! Wow, what a refreshing cleansing this would be for the GOP! I pray this will happen!

The GOP (and the msm and the obama regime) would LOVE for this to happen...it would SIDELINE Sarah and effectively take her out of the possible race for the White House.
The Good ol' Boys in the GOP, i.e. Romney, Huckaby, etc., need her out of the way so they will have a chance.
I think if Sarah takes this job, we get HILLARY for president in 2012.
Then all the RINO's and independents will be happy to have a "female" obama...HILLARY.
I guess STUPIDLY voting for obama wasn't enough for some folk, now they want the HILDEBEAST in there...don't forget, she was the FIRST one to bring up socialized medicine...not obama.

Sarah Palin would never accept the post. She has designs for the White House in 2012.

Instead of attacking Steele why arent the repubs attacking Kagan.I am not a Republican, they are too liberal for me, and have no values that they won't abandon, but I have been attacking both.
I oppose every socialist and liberal slimebag regardless of party.
Its the right thing to do.

Agree.
“...’Rat Lite wing of the party...”
They are playing Rat Heavy though. Might as well be Democrats as they play the same Leftist, sleight-of-hand games as the Democrats don’t they. It’s one of the clues that RINO’s are nothing but Demo-RATS dressed as people.
