I guess Pepsi's eco and ethnic pandering didn't shield it from Newsom.

Somehow the “commerce clause” comes to mind.

The libs are at war with anything that takes their power, or leaves you any liberty.

I'm sure neither Pepsi nor Coke will go broke over Newsom's desire to be in the "I care" hall of fame. It all goes back to the idiots who elected him, and who will probably re-elect him, insofar as it is in Mexifornia.
The little fact that most sheltered liberals don't understand is, when you hit Americans...they hit back. People will not stop drinking "sugary drinks" because Newsome pitches an obama hissy fit, in fact, they'll probably double up on them after work, from having been denied them all day.
Fight back, America.

Give me the “real sugar” drinks, not the high fructose corn syrup stuff. I can’t quit you, Throwback!

Ha ha ha ha ha! Pepsico has sucked up to the Obama left and what did it get them?

Do those SF vending machines sell condoms and AIDS curing pills too?
To: Enterprise
Gosh, all those libs must feel so warm and fuzzy to know how much “Dad” cares about them.

But they are not FATTENING. The only greasy, high-cal stuff they want to see is the stuff they wipe on their hair.

A lady mentioned in the article has a business, and this is going to hurt her business. So what does she think of the Mayor now?
"The future is going to be affected," Park said. "But I don't want to be in trouble with the mayor. I like him very much."
Is she likely to vote for him again! COUNT ON IT - LOL!!

When they find out that the artificial sweeteners are worse than high fructose corn syrup, I hope they sue Gavin's pants off.

There should be "ample choices" of water, "soy milk, rice milk and other similar dairy or non dairy milk," says the directive, which also covers fat and sugar content in vending machine snacks. Oh how exciting! Soy milk - YEAH BABY!

While I happen to agree that Coke and Pepsi, as well as all soda drinks, are unhealthy I violently disagree that CommieCrate employees have the right to tell me what to ingest.
God gave me a brain to make these decisions with, as well as, a stomach to fill!

I see a problem there. They would have to rename it from “Fruit Punch” to “Rainbow Coalition Surprise.”
