Actually, Sparky: NO ONE VOTED ON THE BUDGET BILL.

That's what is so outrageous about this Congress. The bill that you are citing is H.R. 1500, which deals with "emergency supplemental appropriations for disaster relief and summer jobs for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2010, and for other purposes".

The trickery lies in the last phrase. The actual F.Y. 2011 budget bill (H.R. 1493) WAS NOT EVER VOTED ON. Instead, this collection of lying, thieving bastards inserted a line within the text of the "emergency" bill that states: "House Resolution 1493 is hereby adopted" - while subtly amending a House rule to allow the deception.

Oh: and where is the news media, the "watchdog" of our liberties, the Guardian of Public Democracy on this issue. Our "watchdog" seems to be lying in the corner, whining about the heat wave and scratching the location where the veterinarian once removed something.

Good point. And as I stated earlier, I’m sure Shea-Pelosi voted NO on it with San Fran Nan’s blessing, knowing she’s WAY behind in the polls. Just like her vote against TARP in October of 2008, this is a strictly political move which will enable her to say, “See, I’m INDEPENDENT!!!” when we know damned good and well she’s anything but.
