Personally I think it would be wise to make long range plans to battle every record possible concerning his actual legitimacy of BEING President, so far as to physically correct school books, telling your children the truth is most important.

Obama failed to qualify.

He may be sitting in the Whitehouse but he is technically an usurper and not POTUS.

There will no doubt be many such polls like this, plus every town will be by Federal law required to have a school named after him.

I’m really not concerned with where a poll says he ranks among other presidents.

I’m concerned that he may wind up being the last president.

He is well on his way to achieving his goal of laying America low.

And it is getting to be time to begin engaging in some civil disobedience (peaceful of course).

According to this group of never-had-a-real-job intellectuals, he ranks 15th. five slots above Reagan, but slightly behind the bent one. W ranks 40th, (as if I even needed to look) and all they can seem to remember of his administration is the Iraq war and Katrina.
